The Investigations Division of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office is investigating four criminal cases against commander of the 57th AFU separate motorized infantry brigade A. V. Mishanchuk, commander of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade O. N. Goncharuk, commander of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade V. I. Zubanich and commander of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade D. V. Kaschenko for committing terrorist acts under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code, the press service of the law enforcement agency reported on April 17.
On the orders of the above-noted brigade commanders, military personnel subordinate to them attacked the Republic’s territory.
Thus, on April 13 and 14, 2020, military personnel of the 57th separate motorized infantry brigade attacked Yasinovataya with large-caliber firearms on the orders of their commander A. V. Mishanchuk, which resulted in damage to windows in the house at 9 Franko Street and windows in the railway station at 152 Ordzhonikidze Street.
On April 14, 2020, military personnel of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade, on the orders of their commander V. I. Zubanich, attacked the village of Kominternovo, the Novoazovsky District, with rocket launchers, having damaged a residential building at 13 Kirova Street.
On the same day, military personnel of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade, on the orders of their commander O. N. Goncharuk, attacked the village of Yelenovka, the town of Dokuchayevsk, with firearms, which resulted in damaged to the roof, windows in the entrance and windows in apartment 8 of the apartment building at 8 Depovskaya Street.
On April 15, 2020, military personnel of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade, on the orders of their commander D. V. Kaschenko, attacked the village of Mine 6/7, the Nikitovsky District Gorlovka, with firearms, having damaged windows in apartment 2 of the apartment building at 25 Yasnaya Street.
