Given the restrictive measures that have been in force in the Donetsk People’s Republic due to the COVID-19 proliferation, the procedure of paying social assistance benefits has been simplified, the DPR Ministry of Labor and Social Policy reports.
The DPR Head’s Order 193 as of May 13, 2020 ensures the possibility of paying social transfers without personal communication from citizens who used to get this financial aid based on the documents they provided earlier.
Benefit-entitled citizens can apply for financial aid by phone to a local Labor and Social Protection Department.
