Beginning on July 1, agricultural producers will be able to get equipment on lease, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin claimed during the live call-in show on June 16.
“In April, the People’s Council passed the law on leasing, it comes in force beginning on July 1. I hope that all ministries will not plunge into additional bureaucracy, but will simplify it, make it transparent, and do everything possible so our agricultural producers will be able to get equipment on lease. This is necessary, this is the support from the state, this is the opportunity that they have been long deprived. They want to work, we have everything for that,” the DPR Head said.
Denis Pushilin also stressed that ensuring the food security is a very important task. And the state support is aimed precisely at ensuring that the citizens of the Republic are provided with domestic food products by 100 percent.
“That is, our food security must reach 100%. Now we can only talk about chicken, flour, egg… We have reached 80% for now. This is a decent indicator, but is definitely not an ultimate goal,” the Head of State stressed.
