Over the past 24 hours, the armed forces of Ukraine violated the ceasefire regime 12 times, spokesman for the DPR People’s Militia Directorate Eduard Basurin reported during the briefing in Donetsk on July 10.
“On the Donetsk front, militants from the 79th, 57th and 54th brigades armed with anti-aircraft guns, anti-tank rocket launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms attacked Aleksandrovka, Zhabichevo, the village of Trudovskaya Mine and Donetsk Airport.
On the Gorlovka front, militants from the 35th brigade armed with 122mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars, automatic rocket launchers and large-caliber machine guns attacked Dolomitnoye, Zaytsevo, Nikitovka and Bayrak. A power line on Yakovenko St. in Zaytsevo was damaged during the shelling, the village was partly left without electricity.
Enemy firing-points were repelled by return fire with weapons not prohibited by the Minsk Agreements,” Eduard Basurin reported.
Information on the cases of firing was sent to representatives of international organizations stationed in the Republic, as well as the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office for inclusion in criminal proceedings initiated against brigade commanders Lutsenko, Mishanchuk, Palas and Maistrenko.
