The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic keeps record of Ukraine’s violations of the rights of Donbass residents, including the right to life, security, personal inviolability and freedom of movement.
Between July 4 and 10, three defenders of the Republic were injured during hostilities, no fatalities.
