Специалисты экспертно-криминалистического центра МВД ДНР продолжают проверку подлинности подписей граждан в подписных листах, представленных в Центризбирком лицами, выдвигающими свою кандидатуру на пост Главы Республики на предстоящих 11 ноября выборах. Как сообщает 1 октября корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, экспертами был выявлен ряд серьезных нарушений в подписных листах, поданных самовыдвиженцем Валентином Спиридоновым.

«При проверке данных подписных листов было замечено, что рукописные записи выполнены одним человеком. Совпадения есть по ряду общих и частных признаков. При проверке самих подписей установлены диагностические признаки, что сами подписи ставились одним лицом. Мы видим однотипность росчерка, необоснованные остановки пишущего прибора, что дает основание предположить, что подписи выполнены в необычных условиях, в том числе не тем лицом, от имени которого они значатся», — рассказала сотрудник ЭКЦ МВД ДНР.

Experts of the Forensic Center of the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs continue to test citizens’ signatures forauthenticity in the candidacy lists submitted to the CEC by persons standing as candidates for the office of Head of the Republic at the upcoming elections on November 11th. A correspondent of the DPR official website reported on October 1st that the experts had detected a number of serious violations in the signature sheets submitted by the self-nominee Valentin Spiridonov.

“When authenticating these signature sheets, we noticed that the handwritten notes were performed by one person. Several common and particular featureswere congruent. When checking the signatures, diagnostic features established that the signatures were affixed by one person. We see the uniformity of the stroke, unreasonable halts of a writing implement, which suggests that the signatures were done in unusual conditions, amongothers, by the wrong person in whose name they appear,” told the officer of the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs’Forensic Center.
