Тарифная политика в Республике формируется на принципах защиты прав потребителей. Об этом в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказал и.о. руководителя Республиканской службы по тарифам Александр Алипов.
«На заседании Совмина были приняты порядки формирования тарифов на жилищные услуги по многоквартирным домам и общежитиям. Ранее такие документы были утверждены по водоснабжению, теплоснабжению и обращению с ТБО. Что касается принципов формирования, главный из них – экономическая обоснованность и прозрачность всех составляющих тарифа. У общества должно быть доверие к тарифам», — пояснил он.
Александр Алипов подчеркнул, что только при соблюдении этих принципов граждане будут понимать тарифную политику и в полной мере оплачивать услуги.

Alexander Alipov stressed that only with the observance of these principles, citizens will realize the tariff policy and pay for the services in full.
