В районе населенного пункта Нижнее Лозовое военнослужащими Народной милиции Луганской Народной Республики огнем из стрелкового оружия был сбит БПЛА (квадрокоптер) ВСУ «Фантом-4», летевший с северо-западного направления на высоте около 300 метров. Кроме разведывательной видео- и фотоаппаратуры, беспилотник был оборудован электромагнитным устройством для переноски и сброса ручной гранаты, крепившейся снизу корпуса. Об этом сегодня, 2 октября, заявил официальный представитель НМ ЛНР подполковник Андрей Марочко, сообщает из Луганска собственный корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

«После поражения БПЛА очевидцы наблюдали как от «Фантома» отделилась граната Ф-1, которая взорвалась неподалеку от места его падения. Нашими специалистами установлено, что данный летательный аппарат изготовлен американской фирмой «Stampede Presentation Products, inc.». Также, в дальнейшем, по идентификационному номеру нам стало известно, что данный БПЛА в составе партии был закуплен 7 июля 2018 года в США и в середине августа поставлен в 72-ю отдельную механизированную бригаду.

Изучение аппаратуры, находившейся на беспилотнике, позволяет утверждать, что он использовался в интересах украинских диверсионных групп, осуществляющих вооруженные провокации и дестабилизирующих обстановку на линии соприкосновения. Подобная аппаратура через подставные фирмы с использованием серых схем поставляется в ВСУ западными спецслужбами. Всего нашей разведкой выявлено, по меньшей мере, четыре случая таких «неофициальных» поставок из США БПЛА для использования ВСУ в войне в Донбассе. Так аналогичные беспилотники, закупленные в американской фирме «Stampede Presentation Products, inc.», стоят также на вооружении в 14-й и 53-й бригадах ВСУ и активно используются украинскими диверсантами в нарушение Минских договоренностей.

Хотелось бы отметить, что использование ВСУ иностранных БПЛА является грубейшим нарушением меморандума «Об исполнении положений Протокола по итогам консультаций Трёхсторонней контактной группы», в котором говорится о запрете полётов боевой авиации и иностранных беспилотных летательных аппаратов, вдоль всей линии соприкосновения сторон в зоне прекращения применения оружия на ширину не менее 30 километров. Прошу международные организации — ООН, СММ ОБСЕ, МККК и других дать объективную оценку противоправным действиям Украины в отношении использования иностранных, и тем более ударных беспилотных летательных аппаратов», — сказал Андрей Марочко.

“After downing the UAV, eyewitnesses sawthe Phantom dropped an F-1 grenade, which exploded near its crash site. Our specialists have determined that this aircraft was made by Stampede Presentation Products Inc., an American company. Also, later on, through the identification number, we found out that this UAV as part of a lot was purchased on July 7th, 2018 in the US and delivered to the 72nd separate mechanized brigade in mid-August.

The examination of the equipment installed in the drone suggests that it was used in the interests of Ukrainian commandos carrying out armed provocations and destabilizing the situation at the contact line. Such equipment through rogue firmsusing sketchy schemes is supplied to the AFU by Western special services. In total, our intelligence has revealed at least four cases of such “unofficial” supplies of UAVs from the US that the AFUused in the war in Donbass. Therefore, similar drones purchased fromthe American company “Stampede Presentation ProductsInc.”are also in operational service of the 14th and 53rd AFU brigades and are regularly usedby Ukrainian commandos in violation of the Minsk agreements.

I would like to note, the fact that the AFU use foreign UAVs is a gross violation of the memorandum On the implementation of the Protocol’s provisions following the consultations of the Trilateral Contact Group, which provides for the prohibition of flights of combat aviation and foreign unmanned aerial vehicles along the whole line of combat contactat least 30 kilometers wide. I ask international organizations such as the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and others, to give an objective assessment of the illegal actions of Ukraine regarding the use of foreign, and especially combat aerial vehicles,” Andrey Marochko said.
