Специалисты экспертно-криминалистического центра МВД ДНР выявили ряд серьезных нарушений и фальсификаций в подписных листах, предоставленных в Центризбирком претендентом на пост Главы Республики на предстоящих 11 ноября выборах Павлом Губаревым. Об этом сегодня, 3 октября, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«Выявлен ряд нарушений в виде выполнения записи даты одним лицом, но в соответствующих подписях имеются различия, которые свидетельствуют о том, что они выполнены разными лицами. Скорее всего, это делал человек, который производил сбор подписей. Однако в некоторых случаях можно предположить, что и подписи выполнены одним лицом по комплексу частных признаков.
Кроме того, наблюдаются изменения первоначального содержания, которые нельзя отнести к техническим ошибкам. Они были получены в результате подчистки с последующим дописыванием. При работе со светофильтрами наблюдается изменение первоначального содержания в поле даты.
Также стоит отметить выполнение рукописных записей и подписей одним и тем же лицом на разных листах», — рассказала сотрудник ЭКЦ МВД ДНР.
Эксперт подчеркнула, что общее количество нарушений в подписных листах в поддержку самовыдвиженца довольно значительно.

“A number of violations were revealed in the form of a date being written by the same person, but there were differences in the respective signatures that testify to the fact that they were affixed by different people. Most likely, the person who was collecting the signatures did that. However, in some cases, we can assumed that the signatures wereaffixed by the same person based on a set of particular features.
In addition, there were changes in the original content, which cannot be attributed to clerical errors. They were obtained as a result of rubbing out, followed by rewriting. Anoptical filter detected a change in the original content in the date field.
It is also worth noting the performance of handwritten notes and signatures by the same person on different sheets,” the forensic specials of the DPR Internal Affairs Ministry told.
The expert emphasizes that the total number of violations in the signature sheets in support of the self-nominee is quite significant.
