Как сообщалось ранее, 2 октября для фиксации повреждений в результате обстрела ВСУ в н.п. Коминтерново прибыли представители СММ ОБСЕ, СЦКК и УНМ ДНР.
Наблюдатели Миссии на место обстрела не поехали, а пообщались с местными жителями прифронтового поселка. Люди рассказали, что практически ежедневно их дома подвергаются обстрелам со стороны ВСУ, в результате чего им приходится регулярно прятаться в подвалах, выживать без электричества, воды и газоснабжения.
Коминтерновцы возмутились, что в отчетах на официальном сайте СММ ОБСЕ не указываются населенные пункты, откуда непосредственно ведется огонь, а сообщаются непонятные направления обстрелов. Люди не понимают, что на самом деле фиксирует и заявляет Миссия, кто и когда понесет наказания за ежедневные обстрелы, за их разрушенные дома и судьбы.
Мирные жители попросили СММ ОБСЕ проводить еженедельные брифинги по телевизору, на которых четко указывать сторону, совершившую тот или иной обстрел. Такую просьбу они обосновали тем, что у жителей прифронтовых районов нет интернета, и они не могут читать отчеты Миссии и смотреть брифинги первого заместителя Главы СММ ОБСЕ, которые так же транслируются через всемирную сеть интернет.
Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе со своей стороны готово оказать техническую поддержку для проведения брифингов Миссии, в том числе предоставить для их визуализации интерактивную карту, на которой Миссия будет отображать данные о направлениях обстрела из своих отчетов.
As previously reported, on October 2nd, representatives of the OSCE SMM, the JCCC and the DPR People’s Militia Directorate arrived at Kominternovo to record damage that resulted from the AFU’s shelling.
Mission monitors did not go to the scene of the shelling, but talked with locals of the frontline village. People told that almost every day their houses are shelled by the AFU, as a result of which they have to regularly hide in basements, survive without electricity, water and gas supply.
The locals were indignant at the fact that reports on the OSCE SMM’sofficial website do not mentionpopulated localities from where fire actually comes, but report awkward directions of shots. People cannot understand what the Mission actually records or declares, who will be punished for daily shelling, for their destroyed houses and destinies, and when.
The locals asked the OSCE SMM to broadcast weekly briefings on TV, which should clearly point out the side that committed one or another attack. They justified such a request by the fact that the residents of the frontline areas do not have the Internet, and they cannot read the Mission’s reports and watch briefings of the First Deputy Chief of the OSCE SMM, which are also broadcastedon the World Wide Web.
In turn, the DPR RepresentativeOffice to the JCCC and negotiation process is ready to provide technical support so that the Mission could hold the briefings, including providing an interactive map for their visualization, on which the Mission will display information from their reportson the directions of shots.
