2 октября во время встречи с представителями СММ ОБСЕ жители Коминтерново пожаловались наблюдателям, что после их отъезда всегда начинается обстрел поселка со стороны ВСУ.
Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе уже не раз отмечало, что вооруженные формирования Украины намеренно осуществляют обстрелы прифронтовых поселков именно после посещения СММ ОБСЕ.
Такими провокационными действиями украинская сторона настраивает жителей прифронтовых районов против международных наблюдателей, которые согласно Мандату должны фиксировать последствия обстрелов.
Кроме того, руководство НМ ДНР вынуждено реагировать на обеспокоенность и просьбы мирных жителей прифронтовых районов введением временных ограничительных мер.
