Пожар на 6 арсенале командования сил поддержки ВСУ в Черниговской области далеко не случайность, это уже четвертый горящий склад ВСУ, за два года, подчеркнул начальник пресс-службы УНМ ДНР, капитан Даниил Безсонов во время брифинга 9 октября.
«В 2017 году стоимость военного имущества и боеприпасов, сгоревших на складах, в несколько раз превысила годовой бюджет ВСУ и деньги которые заплатили украинцы, как «военный сбор».
Эвакуированы десятки тысяч человек, закрыты железнодорожное, автомобильное и авиа- сообщения.
Несмотря на громкие заявления высокопоставленных чиновников, по настоящее время ни один генерал не наказан и связано это с тем, что таким образом высшее военно-политическое руководство заметает следы продажи оставшегося от Советского Союза вооружения и боеприпасов в страны Африки и зону Арабского кризиса.
По итогам ревизионной проверки военной прокуратуры, в сентябре 2018 года на складах РАВ ВСУ выявлена недостача боеприпасов и вооружения на общую сумму более 2 миллиардов гривен.
В число лидеров по недостачам ракет и боеприпасов вошли 6 и 10 арсеналы, 65 ракетный артиллерийский арсенал, а также 1631 артиллерийская база вооружения. Документация по результатам проверок передана в Главную военную прокуратуру Украины и взята под личный контроль Матиоса.
После чего, министр обороны Украины поставил задачу начальнику главного управления вооружения ГШ ВСУ генералу Шевцову лично разобраться и закрыть вопрос.
По имеющимся у нас данным на хранении в 6 арсенале командования сил поддержки ВСУ по состоянию на 30 сентября 2017 года находилось 130 тысяч тонн боеприпасов различного типа, включая ракеты, снаряды для танковых орудий, ствольной и реактивной артиллерии.
На момент проверки военной прокуратурой, в сентябре 2018 года оставалось 80 тысяч тонн боеприпасов.
Отдельно хочется отметить, факт хранения на данном складе ракет 9М38 от зенитно-ракетного комплекса «Бук» и всей сопроводительной и технической документации к ним.
Пожар произошёл как раз в тот момент, когда мировая общественность потребовала от Украины документацию на ракеты к комплексам «Бук», находящихся на вооружении ВСУ, для полноценного и объективного расследования гибели людей 17 июля 2014 года.
Хочется отметить, что на прошедшей неделе расположение 6-го арсенала посетила группа иностранных офицеров, среди которых были высокопоставленные представители НАТО», — отметил Даниил Безсонов.

Despite the loud statementsby high-ranking officials, to date, no general has been punished, and this is due to the fact that in this way the top military and political leadership covers up the tracks of selling the countries of Africa and the Arab crisis zonethe arms and ammunition left over from the Soviet union.
Based on the results of the audit inspectioncarried out by the military prosecutor’s office, in September 2018, at the depots of the AFU Ordnance Corps, there was a shortage of ammunition and weapons totaling over 2 billion UAH.
Among the leaders in missile and ammunition shortagesthere were the 6th and 10th arsenals, the 65th missile artillery arsenal, and the 1631st artillery armaments base. The documentation on the results of the inspections was transferred to the Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine and taken under the personal control of Matios.
After that, the minister of defense of Ukraine instructed the chief of the Chief Armaments Directorate of the AFU General Staff, General Shevtsov, to personally investigate and take the issue off the table.
According to the data we have, as of September 30th, 2017, there were 130,000 tons of various types of ordnance, including missiles, tank rounds, barreled and rocket artillery, stored at the 6th arsenal of the AFU supporting forces command.
When the military prosecutor’s office carried out the inspection, in September 2018, 80 thousand tons of ammunition had remained.
Separately, I would like to note the fact of storageof 9M38missiles for Buk anti-aircraft missile system and all the associated and technical documentation for themat this depot.
The fire accident occurred just at the moment when the world community demanded from Ukraine documentation on missiles for the Buk systemsthat are in operational service with the AFU, for a full and objective investigation into the deaths of people on July 17th, 2014.
I would like to note that last week the premises of the 6th arsenal were visited by a group of foreign officers, among whom were high-ranking NATO representatives,” Daniil Bezsonov noted.
