Вчера, 10 октября, в 08:59 патруль СММ ОБСЕ находился примерно в 1,5 км к югу от подконтрольного ВСУ н.п. Каменка. Наблюдатели Миссии осуществляли мониторинг ситуации с безопасностью в районе Донецкой фильтровальной станции — сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.
Во время осуществления своей деятельности несколько представителей СММ ОБСЕ услышали свистящий звук двух пуль, пролетевших на расстоянии 10–50 метров над их головами. Вследствие этого инцидента Миссия приостановила свою работу в этом районе и позже отразила данный факт в своем оперативном отчете.

Отметим, что ближайшие позиции НМ ДНР находятся в 1750 метрах от того места, где находился патруль СММ ОБСЕ, в то время как позиции вооруженных формирований Украины на расстоянии от 100 до 940 метров.
Исходя из прицельной дальности автомата АК-74 и АКС-74 – 1000 метров – очевиден вывод: вооруженные формирования противоборствующей стороны снова совершили провокационный обстрел.
Кроме того, с тех же позиций 9 октября вооруженными формированиями украинской стороны был открыт огонь по направлению Васильевской насосной станции, в результате чего был поврежден один из водоводов.
Напомним, это не первый случай провокационного обстрела патрулей СММ ОБСЕ со стороны ВСУ. Так, 15 мая этого года, из-за обстрелов со стороны вооруженных формирований Украины Миссия ОБСЕ была вынуждена отказаться осуществить наблюдение пересменки работников станции.

Yesterday, on October 10th, at 8:59, an OSCE SMM patrol was approximately 1.5 km south of Kamenka, which is controlled by the AFU. The Mission’sobservers were monitoring the security situation in the vicinity of the Donetsk Filter Station, according to the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process.
When carrying out their activities, several representatives of the OSCE SMM heard a whistling sound of two bullets flying 10–50 meters above their heads. As a result of this incident, the Mission suspended its work in that area and later documented this fact in its operational report.
Note that the nearest positions of the DPR People’s Militia are located 1,750 meters from the place where the OSCE SMM patrol was, while positions of the armed formations of Ukraine are located at a distance from 100 to 940 meters.
Based on the aiming range of AK-74 and AKS-74, which is 1000 meters, the conclusion is obvious: armed formations of the opposing side again committed a provocative shooting attack.
Moreover, from the same positions, on October 9th, armed formations of the Ukrainian side opened fire towards the pumping facility of Vasiliyevka, as a result of which one of the water ducts was damaged.
Recall, this was not the first case of provocative attacks on OSCE SMM patrols committed by the AFU. Thus, on May 15th this year, due to shooting attacks from the side of the Ukrainian armed formations, the OSCE Mission was forced to refuse from monitoringa shift turnover of the station’s workers.
