Врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин прокомментировал встречу с помощником президента Российской Федерации Владиславом Сурковым, которая прошла в Москве, сообщает сегодня, 12 октября, корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«Встреча с Владиславом Юрьевичем Сурковым была связана с обсуждением тех проблем, которые у нас есть. Мы обсудили различные варианты решения этих проблем. Есть определенные проблемы экономического характера. Здесь мы должны подключать Русский центр, потому что никто не может запретить общение на уровне общественных организаций или движений. Поэтому создание площадок для общения бизнеса и заключения контрактов между предприятиями Республики и России в рамках работы Русского центра будет правильным.
Взаимодействие наших предпринимателей и бизнесменов из регионов России создаст положительную динамику для развития экономики Республики.
Более того есть ряд вопросов, связанных с трансграничным взаимодействием, которые даже прописаны в Минских соглашениях. Есть ряд вопросов, которые негативно сказываются на работе наших предприятий. Продолжается поиск решений. Самая большая наша проблема – это непризнанность. Нужно искать разные варианты исходя из тех возможностей, которые у нас есть на сегодняшний день. Здесь уже предприняты конкретные шаги – открытие Международного банка. Думаю, что с 1 ноября мы сможем уже говорить и понимать, какие услуги будут оказываться нашим юридическим лицам и гражданам.
В целом обсуждался ряд других вопросов. Встреча была конструктивной. У нас есть ряд вопросов, которые мы не сможем решить без нашего политического и гуманитарного союзника. Поэтому все это время Россия оказывает нам политическую поддержку в рамках переговорного процесса и гуманитарную помощь», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

“The meeting with Vladislav Surkov concerned the discussion of problems that we face. We discussed various solutions to these problems. There are certain problems of an economic nature. Here we have to involve the Russian center, because no one can prohibit communication at the level of public organizations or movements. Therefore, the creation of venues for business communication and conclusion of contracts between enterprises of the Republic and Russia within the framework of the Russian Center will be right.
A cooperation of our entrepreneurs and businessmen from the regions of Russia will create a positive trend for the development of the economy of the Republic.
Moreover, there are several issues related to the cross-border cooperation, which are even prescribed by the Minsk agreements. There are a number of issues that negatively affect the work of our enterprises. The search for solutions continues. Our biggest problem is the non-recognition. We need to look for other options given the opportunities that we have today. Here concrete steps have already been taken — the opening of the International Bank. I reckon that from November 1st we will be able to already tell and understand what services will be provided to our legal entities and citizens.
In general, a number of other issues were discussed. The meeting was constructive. We have several issues that we cannot solve without our political and humanitarian ally. Therefore, all this time Russia has been providing us with political support within the framework of the negotiation process, as well as the humanitarian aid,” Denis Pushilin said.
