В рамках визита в Ясиноватую врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин обсудил с исполняющим обязанности главы городской администрации Олегом Моргуном проблемы развития города и пути их решения. Об этом сегодня, 13 октября, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«В непростых условиях находится сегодня Ясиноватая, но развитие необходимо. Нужно решать существующие острые проблемы, и делать это теми ресурсами, которые есть на сегодня.
При этом определить и предложить наиболее эффективные пути решения таких вопросов могут только местные власти», – подчеркнул врио Главы ДНР.

В свою очередь все министерства и ведомства Республики, по словам Дениса Пушилина, при необходимости окажут городской администрации всяческое содействие.

Среди наиболее острых проблем Ясиноватой Олег Моргун выделил:

– вопрос восстановления жилого фонда, разрушенного в результате обстрелов со стороны ВСУ. Так, за время боевых действий было разрушено и частично повреждено более 163 многоквартирных домов, порядка 1500 объектов частного жилого фонда и 30 социальных объектов;

– отсутствие электричества в прифронтовом поселке Спартак. Восстановление энергоснабжения затруднено из соображений безопасности;

– нехватка квалифицированных медицинских кадров и необходимость проведения капремонта в квартирах, предназначенных для молодых специалистов;

– нехватка рынков сбыта для продукции, выпускаемой градообразующими предприятиями;

– проблема ремонта дорог.

Озвученные вопросы врио Главы ДНР взял под личный контроль. «О Ясиноватой я слышу очень хорошие отзывы. Даже при ограниченных возможностях вы делаете все для развития города. Но сегодня необходимо увеличивать ресурсы, а для этого нужно развивать экономику. Мы сделаем все возможное для этого», — заверил он. Также Олег Моргун обратился с просьбой о выделении автобуса для перевозки детей из прифронтовых поселков и коммунальной спецтехники. Денис Пушилин отметил, что данные вопросы уже рассмотрены Совмином Республики, проблема будет решена в ближайшее время.

“Today Yasinovataya is in difficult conditions, but development is necessary. It is necessary to solve the existing acute problems, and do it with the resources that are available today.
At the same time, only local authorities can determine and propose the most effective ways to solve such issues,” the interim Head of the DPR stressed.

In turn, all the ministries and departments of the Republic, according to Denis Pushilin, if necessary, will provide all possible assistance to the town administration.

Oleg Morgun singled out the most acute problems of Yasinovataya:

—theissues of reconstruction of housing stock destroyed as a result of shelling by the AFU. Thus, during the fighting, more than 163 apartment buildings, about 1,500 separate houses, and 30 social facilities have been destroyed or partially damaged;

— the lack of electricity in the frontline village of Spartak. The restoration of power supply is difficult for security reasons;

— the lack of qualified medical personnel and the need an overhaul in apartments designed for young specialists;

— the lack of outlets for sale of products made by town-forming enterprises;

—the problem of road mending.

Interim Head of the DPR has taken personal charge ofthe announced questions. “I hear very good comments about Yasinovataya. Even with limited opportunities, you are doing everything for the development of the town. But today it is necessary to increase resources, and for this we need to develop the economy. We will do our best for this,”he assured. Oleg Morgun also requested a bus to transport children from the front-line villages, as well as utility special equipment. Denis Pushilin noted that these issues had been considered by the Council of Ministers of the Republic, the problem would be solved soon.
