В ходе заседания Совета Министров врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин поручил профильным ведомствам предложить решения существующих проблем, связанных с капитальным ремонтом и реконструкцией многоквартирных жилых домов в Донецкой Народной Республике, сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.
Ранее Денис Пушилин поручил Министерству строительства и ЖКХ совместно с профильным вице-премьером Владимиром Антоновым проанализировать вопрос неудовлетворительного состояния кровельного покрытия многоквартирного жилого фонда Горловки.
«Вы должны поменять подход к работе! Кроме ремонта за счет бюджетных средств, необходимо искать другие способы. Используйте возможности, которые дает Гуманитарная программа. Привлекайте гуманитарные организации. Нужен конструктивный подход. Близятся холода, и люди не должны остаться без крыши над головой. Привлекайте для ремонта незадействованные рабочие кадры и принимайте другие необходимые меры», — заявил Денис Пушилин, ставя очередную задачу Министерству строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. «Поручаю ускорить формирование Республиканской программы капитального ремонта жилых домов», — добавил Денис Пушилин.
В ходе заседания Совета Министров Денису Пушилину были представлены доклад по расчету стоимости работ по надежному водоснабжению поселков Первомайский, Залесский, Горняцкий, Васильевка, Лиманчук, и доклад по расчетам на приобретение горюче-смазочных материалов для вывоза твердых бытовых отходов.
И.о. Министра транспорта Дмитрий Подлипанов доложил, что водопроводная линия, обеспечивающая часть Никитовского района Горловки, поселок ГРЭ и станцию Трудовая, восстановлена. Подача воды осуществляется круглосуточно.
Денис Пушилин поручил всем профильным ведомствам обеспечить бесперебойную работу КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса». «Люди должны быть обеспечены водой. Это наш главный приоритет и политике здесь не место», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.
During the meeting of the Council of Ministers, interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin instructed the relevant bodies to propose solutions to existing problems related to the overhaul and reconstruction of apartment buildings in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Earlier, Denis Pushilin instructed the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities, jointly with the field-orientedVice Prime Minister Vladimir Antonov, to analyze the unsatisfactory condition of roof covering of the multi-family housing stock in Gorlovka.
“You must change your approach tothe job! In addition to repairs at the expense of budget funds, it is necessary to look for other ways. Take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Humanitarian Program. Involve humanitarian organizations. You need a constructive approach. Cold weather is coming, and people should not be left without home. Involve sparepersonnelin repairing and take other necessary measures,”Denis Pushilin claimed, setting another task for the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities. “I am instructing that the formation of a Republic program for overhaul of dwelling houses be speeded up,” Denis Pushilin added.
During the meeting of the Council of Ministers, Denis Pushilin was provideda report on the calculation of the cost estimate for reliable water supply in the villages of Pervomaisky, Zalessky, Gornyatsky, Vasilyevka, Limanchuk, and a report on the calculation of purchase of fuel and lubricants for solid wasteremoval.
Acting Transport Minister Dmitry Podlipanov reported that the water line, supplying a part of Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka, the village of GRE and the Trudovaya station, had been fixed. Water is suppliedround the clock.
Denis Pushilin instructed all the relevant bodies to ensure an uninterrupted operation of the VodaDonbassa public utility company. “People should be provided with water. This is our top priority and politics doesn’t belong here,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
