Сегодня, 13 октября, в Донецке прошло очередное заседание Совета Министров ДНР, в ходе которого был принят ряд важных решений по ключевым вопросам городов и районов Республики, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. Подробнее результаты заседания прокомментировал врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин. Ряд существенных вопросов касались жизнедеятельности прифронтовой Горловки.

«На сегодняшнем заседании Совета Министров были заслушаны отчеты о выполнении поручений, данных ранее.

Также было принято решение о строительстве четвертой высоковольтной линии электропередач в Горловке, которая позволит существенно снизить риски связанные с энергоснабжением и сделает возможным развитием предприятий на территории города. Мы считаем этот шаг достаточно серьезным и надеемся, он позволит сократить ряд тех сложностей, которые существуют сегодня. Окончание строительства ЛЭП запланировано на июнь следующего года», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

В ходе беседы с журналистами, он также рассказал о восстановлении водоснабжения Никитского района Горловки. Кроме того, Советом Министров обсуждался вопрос проведения кровельных работ на территории города: «Были даны поручения в срочном порядке найти ресурсы для решения этого вопроса. Плановые работы, которые сейчас ведутся Министерством строительства и ЖКХ, будут продолжаться, но на данный момент их недостаточно. Приближаются сложные погодные условия и в связи с этим необходимы оперативные меры – к решению проблемы подключено МЧС ДНР», — сказал врио Главы ДНР.

Кроме того, на заседании Совмина были рассмотрены вопросы по проблемам переселенцев: «Ситуация достаточно сложная. Были даны поручения собрать и проанализировать всю информацию по переселенцам, а также сформулировать на ближайших заседания Совета конкретные предложения в виде необходимых постановлений и нормативных правовых актов по разрешению сложившейся ситуации», — прокомментировал Денис Пушилин.

Также, Совмин обсудил решение о введении на ДФДК временного администратора в лице ЗАО «ВТС» в связи затруднительным положением завода на данный момент. «Учитывая нестабильную ситуацию, которая вытекает из проблем с реализацией продукции, возникла проблема с выплатой заработных плат работникам предприятия. Конечно, были необходимы срочные меры по устранению проблем и они уже приняты. Считаем, что они помогут решить вопрос с выплатой заработных плат и позитивно скажутся на работе предприятия в целом», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

“At today’s meeting of the Council of Ministers, reports on the implementation of the instructions given earlier were heard.

It was also decided to build a fourth high-voltage power line in Gorlovka, which will significantly reduce the risks associated with energy supply and make a development of enterprises in the town possible. We consider this step quite serious and we hope it will reduce the number of difficulties that exist today. The construction of power lines is to be competed in June next year,” Denis Pushilin stressed.

During the conversation with reporters, he told about restoring the water supply in Nikitsky district of Gorlovka. In addition, the Council of Ministers discussed the issue of roofing work in the town, “I instructed to urgently find resources to solve this issue. The planned work, which is now being conducted by the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities, will continue, but at the moment it’s not enough. Severe weather conditions are approaching and therefore prompt measures are needed — the DPR Emergencies Ministry is involved in dealing with the problem,” the interim Head of the DPR said.

In addition, at the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the problems of internally displaced people were considered, “The situation is rather complicated. Instructions were given to collect and analyze all information on internally displaced people, as well as to formulate at the next meetings of the Council specific proposals in the form of necessary resolutions and regulatory legal acts to resolve the current situation,” Denis Pushilin commented.

In addition, the Council of Ministers discussed the decision to establish the office of temporary administrator at DFDK, acting by VTS ZAO, due to the difficult situation of the plant at the moment. “Given the unstable situation that stems from problems with sales of products, there was a problem with the payment of wages to workers of the enterprise. Of course, urgent measures were required to fix the problems and they have already been taken. We believe they will help to resolve the issue of payment of wages and will facilitate the work of the enterprise in general,” Denis Pushilin noted.
