Основными вопросами для обсуждения в гуманитарной подгруппе остаются обмен пленными, поиск пропавших без вести, а также непрекращающиеся нарушения украинской стороной основополагающих прав человека на жизнь и свободу.
В работе подгруппы по экономическим вопросам наиважнейшими темами остаются выработка механизма выплаты пенсий, задолженность Украины работникам железной дороги, а также восстановление полноценной работы мобильного оператора связи Vodafone.
Согласование обновленного СММ ОБСЕ пакета дополнительных мер контроля перемирия, последствия нарушений украинской стороной режима прекращения огня, а также срыв выполнения Рамочного решения по разведению сил и средств обсудят в рамках работы подгруппы по вопросам безопасности.
Политическая подгруппа поднимет базовый вопрос имплементации формулы Штайнмайера как механизма вступления в силу закона об особом статусе, а также рассмотрение вопроса о предоставлении амнистии, которая является одним из элементов этого закона.

Within the framework of the subgroup on economic issues, the most important topics are the development of a mechanism for pension payment, the debt of Ukraine to employees of the railway, as well as the restoration of full-fledged work of Vodafone mobile communications provide.
The coordination of the package, updated by the OSCE SMM, of additional measures to control the ceasefire, the consequences of cease-fire violations by the Ukrainian side, as well as disrupting the implementation of the Framework Decision on the withdrawal of forces and armamentswill be discussed as part of the work of the security subgroup.
The political subgroup will raise the basic issue of implementation of Steinmeier’s formula as a mechanism for the entry-into-force of the law on the special status, as well as consideration of the issue of amnesty, which is one of the provisions of this law.
