К сожалению, мы не понаслышке знаем, что такое гибель людей в мирных городах. От имени народа ДНР и от себя лично выражаю искренние соболезнования семьям и близким погибших, а также всем крымчанам. В эти трудные минуты мы разделяем боль их утраты, желаем скорейшего выздоровления пострадавшим в этой катастрофе.
Мы скорбим вместе с вами. Вечная память погибшим».

Unfortunately, we know firsthand what deaths of people in peaceful cities is. On behalf of the people of the DPR and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the victims, as well as to all Crimeans. In these hard moments, we share the pain of their loss; we wish a speedy recovery to those who suffered in this catastrophe.
