Сегодня, 17 октября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин обсудил с руководителем Новоазовского района Анатолием Яновским проблемные вопросы, которые существуют в районе, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«Знаю о тех достижениях, которые есть в восстановлении. Также ознакомлен с частью проблемных вопросов, которые у вас есть. Хотелось бы услышать, как район входит в отопительный сезон и о вашем отношении к тем инициативам, которые сейчас прорабатываются в отрасли сельского хозяйства.
Также есть проблематика у рыбаков, которая не решена до сих пор.
Хотелось бы от вас услышать варианты решения существующих проблем и где требуется помощь республиканских властей», — обратился врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин к Анатолию Яновскому.
Как отметил и.о. главы администрации Новоазовского района, отопительный сезон в населенных пунктах начался в срок, 15 октября, запущены все 30 котельных.
«К отопительному сезону готовы полностью.
Как вы знаете, у нас прифронтовой район, который постоянно обстреливается украинскими силовиками. За время боевых действий у нас повреждено более 777 домов, из них восстановлено 158, на 261 дом уже выданы материалы, но все равно существует нехватка стройматериалов.
По вопросу сельского хозяйства: мы уже долгое время держим первое место по урожайности зерновых. В этом году чуть подвела погода, но, тем не менее, мы приложили все усилия.
Проблем с ГСМ практически не существует, но люди стали меньше вкладывать средств в землю. Если у людей появится больше средств для развития сельского хозяйства, тем больше они будут их вкладывать.
Начали развивать в районе свиноводство и овцеводство. Сейчас у нас порядка 300 свиней и 200 голов овец.
По рыбному хозяйству — у нас сейчас зарегистрировано более 72 субъектов хозяйствования в рыбной отрасли. До войны их было 8.
Одна из главных проблем — это запрет на вылов рыбы в зоне «Меотиды», ранее с этим проблем не было. Мы уже подготовили документы по данному вопросу.
В этом году мы выловили и переработали более 1900 тонн рыбной продукции», — рассказал Анатолий Яновский.
Также он отметил, что по проекту реконструкции поселка Седово сейчас проводятся геолого-исследовательские работы.
«Готовятся документы на замену водоводов и канализации. К весне приступим к работе, а к лету их закончим, чтобы люди могли комфортно отдохнуть.
Также необходимо реконструировать берег поселка Седово. Для этого наши институты должны приступить к разработке проектно-сметной документации.
В этом году в Седово оздоровились более 60 тысяч отдыхающих из нашей Республики, ЛНР и России. Мы должны сделать все необходимое, чтобы наши люди комфортно отдыхали», — отметил и.о. главы администрации Новоазовского района.
Как отметил Денис Пушилин, развитие курортной зоны поселка Седово является важным вопросом для Республики, так как это единственный морской курорт на две Республики.
«Необходимо подготовить предложения по улучшению инфраструктуры поселка. Также нужно продумать, что можно сделать, чтобы продлить курортный сезон. Мы должны создать благоприятные условия, чтобы жители могли дышать морским воздухом до поздней осени», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
Также врио Главы ДНР взял на контроль вопрос бесперебойного обеспечения водоснабжением населенных пунктов района.

I would like to hear about how the district is entering the heating season and your attitude to the initiatives that are currently being worked out in the agricultural sector.
Thefishermen also have got some problems, which have not been resolved so far.
I would like to hear from you about the options to solve the existing problems and where the help of the republic authorities is required,” interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin addressed Anatoly Yanovsky.
According to the head of the Novoazovsky district administration, the heating season in populated localities began on October 15th, all 30 boiler houses have been launched.
“We are fully prepared for the heating season.
As you know, our district is a frontline one,it is constantly shelled by Ukrainian armed forces. During the hostilities, over 777 houses have been damaged, 158 of them have been reconstructed, materials have already been provided for 261 houses, but we still lack building materials.
Regarding the matterof agriculture, we have long been retaining the first place in terms of grain yield. This year, the weather has slightly let us down, but, nevertheless, we did our best.
There are almost no problems with fuel and lubricants, but people have begun to invest less in the land. If people have more funds for the development of agriculture, the more they will invest them in.
We have begun to breed pig and sheep in the district. Now we have about 300 pigs and 200 heads of sheep.
Regarding the fishery, we now have over 72 economic entitiesregistered in the fishing industry. Before the war, there were 8 of them.
One of the main problems is a ban on fishing in the area of Meotida; previously there were no problems with this. We have already prepared the documents on this issue.
This year we have taken and processed over 1,900 tons of fish products,” Anatoly Yanovsky told.
He also noted that according to the reconstructionproject of the village of Sedovo, geological and research activities are being carried out.
“The documents are being prepared for the replacement of water supply and sewage systems. We will start the work by spring, and by summer we will finish them so that people can go on holiday comfortably.
It is also necessary to reconstruct the coast of the village of Sedovo. To do this, our institutions should begin to draft design and estimate documents.
This year, over 60 thousand holidaymakers from our Republic, the LPR and Russia have recreated in Sedovo. We must do everything necessary that our people can go on holiday comfortably,” the acting head of the Novoazovsky district administration noted.
According to Denis Pushilin, the development of the resort zone of the village of Sedovo is an important matter for the Republic, since it is the only seaside resort for the two Republics.
“It is necessary to prepare proposals for improving the infrastructure of the village. You also need to think out what can be done to extend the holiday season. We must create favorable conditions so that the residents can breathe the sea air until late autumn,” Denis Pushilin said.
Interim Head of the DPR also took charge of the issue of uninterrupted supply of water in populated localities of the district.
