Врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин 18 октября посетил ГП «Шахтерская птицефабрика». В ходе визита руководитель Республики обсудил с директором и коллективом предприятия причины резкого роста цен на продукцию и пути разрешения сложившейся ситуации. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, на встрече присутствовали и.о. министра доходов и сборов Евгений Лавренов, и.о. министра агропромышленной политики и продовольствия Владимир Горячев.
«Я считаю, что на Шахтерской птицефабрике на данный момент сложилась критическая ситуация и с поставленными задачами ГП не справляется. Это происходит в силу разных причин, с ними нам предстоит разобраться. Будут привлекаться смежные ведомства и министерства. Сейчас мы видим, что цена на продукцию предприятия не соответствует норме. Связано это с поставкой кормов, также я знаю, что давались не совсем правильные указания. Более того, существует проблема с финансами, которые «зависли» на другом предприятии», — подчеркнул врио Главы ДНР в начале встречи.
По его словам, повышенное внимание к предприятию обусловлено тем, что оно имеет стратегическое значение, поскольку производит социально значимую продукцию. Руководством Республики уже были предприняты шаги для насыщения рынка – снижена ввозная пошлина. О проблемах ценообразования на продукцию Шахтерской птицефабрики рассказал директор предприятия Виктор Горжий.
«На сегодня поголовье птицы на фабрике — 1,2 млн. голов, предприятие способно выпускать порядка 1200-1500 тонн куриного мяса в месяц. Понятно, что для заполнения рынка этого недостаточно. Все площадки, которые находятся на фабрике, запущены, мы набираем темпы развития. Отпускная цена на предприятии — от 111 до 117 рублей. Но проблема состоит в том, что своих магазинов у нас нет, все фирменные точки принадлежат торговому дому, который без согласования с нами поднял цену на продукцию в среднем на 15-30 рублей», — пояснил директор ГП.
Говоря о проблемах с торговым домом, Виктор Горжий сообщил, что на сегодня долг ТД «Шахтерская птицефабрика» перед государственным предприятием составляет 80 млн рублей. Учитывая данный факт, поставки продукции были прекращены, в связи с чем фабрике пришлось искать новых контрагентов.
Врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин дал поручение Министерству доходов и сборов найти способ вернуть сумму задолженности государственному предприятию. В свою очередь Евгений Лавренов затребовал список контрагентов предприятия для проверки соблюдения ими принципов ценообразования, установленных законодательством.
Говоря о ситуации с торговым домом в целом, Денис Пушилин поручил проработать механизм возврата фирменных магазинов под управление фабрики.
«Не хочу делать поспешных выводов, в настоящее время начинается аудиторская проверка. Предприятие должно работать, продукция должна продаваться по адекватной цене. Все усилия будут направлены в эту сторону. Руководство предприятия настроено оказывать аудиторам всяческое содействие. По результатам проверки будут сделаны соответствующие выводы», — рассказал по итогам визита врио Главы Республики.

During the visit, the leader of the Republic discussed with the director and the staff of the enterprise the reasons for the sharp rise in prices for products and ways to resolve the current situation. As a correspondent of the official website of the DPR reports, the meeting was attended by acting Minister of Revenues and Duties Yevgeny Lavrenov, and acting Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food Vladimir Goryachev.
“I believe that at the Shakhtersk poultry factory at the moment there is a critical situation and the tasks of the state enterpriseis not coping with. This happens for various reasons and we have to deal with them. Related departments and ministries will be involved. Now we see that the price for the products of the enterprise is not up to standard. This is due to the supply of fodder, I also know that not quite correct instructions were given. Moreover, there is a problem with finances that are “stuck” at another enterprise,” the interim Head of the DPR stressed at the beginning of the meeting.
According to him, the increased attention to the enterprise is due to the fact that it is of strategic importance, since it produces socially significant products. The leadership of the Republic has already taken steps to saturate the market – the import feed has been reduced. The director of the company, Victor Gorzhiy, told about the pricing problems for the products of the Shakhtersk poultry factory.
“Today the poultry stock in the factory is 1.2 million heads; the enterprise is capable of producing about 1200-1500 tons of chicken meat per month. It is clear that this is not enough to fill the market. All the sites that are in the factory are running, we are gaining momentum. Selling price at the enterprise — from 111 to 117 rubles. But the problem is that we do not have our own stores, all the branded outlets belong to the trading house, which, without coordinating with us, raised the price of the products by an average of 15-30 rubles, ” the director of the state enterprise explained.
Speaking about the problems with the trading house, Viktor Gorzhiy said that today the debt of the Shakhtersk poultry factory to the state-owned enterprise is 80 million rubles. Taking into account this fact, the deliveries of products were discontinued, and therefore the factory had to look for new contractors.
Interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin instructed the Ministry of Revenues and Duties to find a way to return the amount owed to the state enterprise. In turn, Yevgeny Lavrenov requested a list of contractors of the company to verify their compliance with the pricing principles established by law.
Speaking about the situation with the trading house in general, Denis Pushilin instructed that a mechanism for returning branded stores under the factory managementbe worked out.
“I do not want to make hasty conclusions, currently the audit is starting. The enterprise must work, products must be sold at an adequate price. All efforts will be aimed at this direction. The management of the enterprise is determined to provide all possible assistance to the auditors. According to the results of the audit, the relevant conclusions will be made,” the interim Head of the Republic told about the results of the visit.
