Вопрос снижения цен на ГСМ будет постоянно находиться под государственным контролем. Об этом заявил сегодня, 19 октября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин.
«В Республике есть ряд проблем, но есть и эффективные механизмы, которые уже в обозримом будущем могут повлиять на их решение. Одна из таких проблем — цены на топливо.
Именно поэтому я выступил с инициативой, поддержанной Народным Советом ДНР, о рассмотрении и принятии законопроекта «О внесении изменений в статью 84 Закона Донецкой Народной Республики «О налоговой системе». Суть законопроекта заключается в снижении ставок акцизного налога на моторный бензин и дизельное топливо со 150 до 50 долларов за тонну. Это позволит уже с 1 ноября снизить цены в среднем до уровня цен в соседней Ростовской области Российской Федерации», — отметил Денис Пушилин.
Врио Главы обратил внимание, что снижение стоимости ГСМ станет существенным толчком для стабильного развития экономики Республики, даст новый стимул для продуктивной работы промышленного производства и сельскохозяйственной отрасли.
«Сниженная цена горюче-смазочных материалов отразится на стоимости продуктов, ведь немалая статья расходов у любых коммерсантов, связанных как с продуктами питания, так и с промтоварами, приходится именно на цены на бензин и дизтопливо.
Повышение уровня жизни граждан Донецкой Народной Республики – это основная задача правительства страны, и снижение цены на топливо – это один из первых шагов», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

“There are several problems in the Republic, but there are efficient mechanisms that can influence their solution in the foreseeable future. One of these problems is fuel prices.
That is why I came up with an initiative, supported by the DPR People’s Council, to consider and approve the draft law On Amendments to Article 84 of the Law of the Donetsk People’s Republic On the Taxation System. The essence of the draft law is to reduce the excise tax on motor petrol and diesel fuel from $150 to $50 per ton. This will allow, starting November 1st, reducingthe average prices to the level of prices in the neighboring Rostov region of the Russian Federation,” Denis Pushilin noted.
The interim Head drew attention to the fact that reducing the cost of fuel and lubricants would be a significant impetus for a stable development of the economy of the Republic, would give a new impetus to productive work of the industry and agricultural sector.
“The reduced price of fuel and lubricants will influence the cost of products, because a considerable spending pattern of any businessmen personrelated to both food and manufactured goods,accounts for the price of petrol and diesel fuel.
Raising the livingstandards of citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic is the main task of the government in the country, and reducing the price of fuel is one of the first steps,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
