Рабочая встреча врио Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина прошла сегодня, 20 октября, с и. о. руководителя администрации Зугрэса Николаем Пояусом, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«Сегодня в жизни города происходит много положительных социально-экономических изменений, но также есть много вопросов, которые требуют решения. Хотел бы от вас услышать информацию по вопросу подготовки к отопительному сезону. Также мне известно, что у вас не была запущена одна котельная.

Также хотел бы узнать, какие проблемные вопросы требуют незамедлительного вмешательства со стороны республиканских властей», — обратился врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин к и.о. руководителя города Николаю Пояусу.

Как отметил Николай Пояус, Зугрэс разделен на две части: верхнюю и нижнюю. В городе находятся две станции.

«По отоплению верхней части Зугрэса у нас проблем значительно меньше. На данный момент там не получают теплоноситель 10 домов. Но это проблемы по квартирам, которые стоят пустующими и там своевременно не проведены регламентные работы по подготовке внутриквартирных сетей. Сейчас работает комиссия. Проблема будет устранена в течение 2-3 дней.

В нижней части Зугрэса у нас чуть больше проблем. Капитальные вложения в ремонт оборудования станции начались только в 2017 году. В этом году был запущен вспомогательный котел № 8, набирается тепловой режим. До понедельника все проблемы должны быть устранены, весь жилой фонд получит теплоноситель.

У нас не запущены 4 котельные, но они являются резервными, поэтому запускать их не собирались.

Также есть проблемы в газификации Южного поселка. Газификация данного поселка выполнена на 30 %. У нас есть проект, но он устарел. Порядка 720 жилых домов просят продолжить программу газификации.

Кроме того, в 2012 году были выполнены работы на 40% по программе предупреждения затопления поселка Южный. Из-за этого частные дома в поселке во время плохой погоды затапливаются, уровень воды иногда доходит людям до пояса. Просим оказать содействие в решении этого вопроса», — сказал Николай Пояус.

Также и.о.руководителя города отметил, что существует проблема с техникой для работы коммунальных предприятий.

«Вопрос по обеспечению техникой находится уже на стадии завершения. Это будет очень хорошее подспорье. Что касается остальных вопросов, они будут распределены по профильным министерствам в виде поручений. По результатам рассмотрения вопросов будут приниматься соответствующие решения», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

But these are problems in apartments that are empty and regular maintenance work on preparing intra-quarter systems has not been carried out on time there. Now the commission is working. The problem will be fixed within 2 or 3 days.

In the lower part of Zugres we have a little more problems. Capital investments in the repair of station equipment began only in 2017. This year, auxiliary boiler 8 was launched, and the thermal regime is being gained. Until Monday, all the problems should be eliminated, the entire housing stock will receive the heat-transfer fluid.

We have not launched 4 boiler rooms, but they are backup, so we were not going to run them.

There are also problems with the gasification of the village of Yuzhny. The gasification of the village has been performed by 30%. We have a project, but it is outdated. About 720 dwelling houses ask to continue the gasification program.

In addition, in 2012, 40% of the work was carried out on the flood prevention program in the village of Yuzhny. Because of this, separate houses in the village during the bad weather are flooded, the level of water sometimes reaches people to the waist. We ask to assist in resolving this issue,” Nikolay Poyaus said.

Besides, the acting mayor noted that there was a problem with the equipment for the work of public utilities.

“The issue of providing equipment is already at the final stage. It will be a very good help.
As for the remaining issues, they will be distributed among the relevant ministries in the form of instructions. Based on the results of consideration of the issues, appropriate decisions will be made,” Denis Pushilin noted.
