Есть ли альтернатива Минским соглашениям и что даст ДНР и ЛНР проведение выборов 11 ноября 2018 года? На эти вопросы в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики попытался ответить российский политолог, президент Центра урегулирования социальных конфликтов Олег Иванов.
«Формально представители двух Республик — не участники Минских соглашений. Они, скорее, их поддерживают. Участники — это европейский страны, Украина и Россия. И, соответственно, ни одна из сторон, которая их подписала, не потребовала их расторжения. Поэтому, мне кажется, они действуют вне зависимости от того, кто их подписал от имени Республик. В настоящий момент альтернатива Минским соглашениям — это боевые действия. Что, конечно же, неприемлемо. Я не вижу необходимости их разрывать, прекращать. Наоборот, их нужно развивать. Но развивать их можно только тогда, когда Киев хотя бы легитимизирует тех людей, которые будут выступать от имени Народных Республик. И выборы как раз дадут легитимизацию Главам Республик», — сказал Олег Иванов.

“Formally, the representatives of the two Republics are not parties to the Minsk agreements. They rather support them. The parties are European countries, Ukraine and Russia. And, accordingly, none of the parties that signed them, has not demanded their termination. Therefore, it seems to me, they act regardless of who signed them on the part of the Republics. At the moment, hostilities are an alternative to the Minsk agreements. Which, of course, is unacceptable. I do not see any need to break them, to terminate. On the contrary, they should be developed. But they can be developed only when Kiev at least legitimizes those people who will speak on behalf of the People’s Republics. And exactly the elections will legitimize the Heads of the Republics,” Oleg Ivanov said.
