Сегодня, 30 октября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин встретился с руководителями служб ГП «Донецкая железная дорога». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, на встрече также присутствовали и.о. министра транспорта Дмитрий Подлипанов, гендиректор ГП «ДЖД» Владимир Кабаций.

«На повестке Республики стоят вопросы повышения благосостояния наших граждан, включая, конечно же, коллектив ГП «Донецкая железная дорога». Очень важно встречаться с людьми с глазу на глаз, когда у них есть возможность задавать свои вопросы и получать на них откровенные ответы. В своей деятельности поступаю именно так, поэтому предлагаю перейти сразу к вашим вопросам», — обратился к собравшимся врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин.

Первый вопрос, поступивший врио Главы Республики, касался предпринятых мер по повышению престижа профессии железнодорожника.

«Первое — это повышение коэффициента на 1,1 с 1 октября. Это изменит ситуацию с выплатами по выслуге лет. Но эти повышения являются только первыми шагами.

Считаю, что мы не можем выделять одно направление специалистов, поэтому будем работать во всех направлениях одновременно. Здесь мы будем развиваться совместно с другими отраслями, категориями специалистов. Везде необходимо повышать заработную плату», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Также врио Главы ДНР подчеркнул, что работа по улучшению условий труда во всех направлениях нужна, чтобы избежать оттока кадров из Республики.

«Нам необходимо искать другие подходы к экономике. У нас нет много времени на раскачку, нам необходимо делать всё быстро и качественно. Сейчас все усилия будут направлены на улучшение уровня жизни наших граждан Республики. И железнодорожная отрасль для Республики является важной, так как без грузоперевозок мы не сможем развивать экономику», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

Кроме того, железнодорожников интересовало, что ожидает в будущем транспортную отрасль Республики.

«Повторюсь, сейчас нам надо развивать экономику, а железнодорожное сообщение — это выгодное направление для логистики. Из-за отсутствия авиасообщения железнодорожные грузовые и пассажирские перевозки являются приоритетными для Республики», — отметил врио Главы ДНР.

Также железнодорожников интересовал вопрос развития железной дороги на законодательном уровне.

«Благодаря одному из последних актов, принятому Советом Министров, Донецкая железная дорога становится частью поставщиков энергорынка. Этот вопрос является важным. Такая работа ведется постоянно», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Врио Главы ДНР подчеркнул, что в Республике безынициативность будет наказуема.

«Это будет касаться абсолютно всех. Если вы знали о проблеме и молчали, а потом ее просто констатировали, это будет ваша вина. Необходимо использовать и задействовать все ресурсы для решения проблем. Ответственность за безынициативность подвигнет многих к действию, к поиску решений. Если вы видите, что в законодательной базе есть прорехи, необходимо внести изменения, выходите с инициативой», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

Кроме того, коллектив предприятия интересовал вопрос с оздоровлением работников железной дороги, то есть возможность передачи пансионата в Седово на баланс ГП «ДЖД» для его восстановления.

«Сейчас проходит инвентаризация, после ее окончания будут уже приниматься какие-то решения о распределении пансионатов по ведомствам Республики.
В Седово еще предстоит много работы, так как ранее никто не рассчитывал на то, что там будут отдыхать население двух Республик. То есть предстоит решить много проблем, которые потребуют серьезного финансирования», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Не обошлось без вопроса, ожидается ли в Республике снижение цен на продукты питания?

«Надеюсь, что на этот вопрос повлияет снижение цены на топливо. Это, конечно же, вопрос не одного дня. Предпринимателям будет необходимо реализовать остатки продукции, затем, надеюсь, будет снижение цен. Контролировать этот процесс сможет Народный контроль.

Думаю, в ближайшее время цены на основные группы товаров снизятся», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

The first question asked to the interim Head of the Republic concerned the measures taken to promote the railroad profession.

I believe that we cannot single out one area of specialists, so we will work in all the areas at the same time. Here we will be developingjointly with other industries, the categories of specialists. It is necessary to raise wages for everyone,” Denis Pushilin said.

In addition, the interim Head of the DPR emphasized that labor conditions must be improvedin all the areas to avoid the attrition of personnel in the Republic.

“We need to look for other approaches to the economy. We do not have much time to get going, we need to do everything quickly and efficiently. Now all efforts will be aimed at improving the living standards of our citizens in the Republic. And the railway industry is important to the Republic, since without freight transportation we will not be able to develop the economy,” Denis Pushilin stressed.

In addition, the railway workers wondered what in the futurethe transport industry of the Republic expects.

“I repeat, now we need to develop the economy, and the railway service is a profitable area for logistics. Due to the lack of air traffic, rail freight and passenger services are a priority for the Republic,” the interim Head of the DPR noted.

In addition, railway workers were interested in the issue of the railway development at the legislative level.

“Thanks to one of the latest acts adopted by the Council of Ministers, Donetsk Railway becomes a part of the suppliers of the energy market. This matter is important. Such work is ongoing,” Denis Pushilin said.

Interim Head of the DPR stressed that the lack of initiative would be punishablein the Republic.

“It will concern absolutely everyone. If you were aware of the problem and were silent, and then it wasjust announced, it would be your fault. It is necessary to use and engage all the resources to solve the problems. Responsibility for the lack of initiative will spur many to action, to search for solutions. If you see that there are gaps in the legislative framework, changes must be made, advance your initiative,” Denis Pushilin stressed.

In addition, the staff of the enterprise was interested in the issue of health improvement for railroad workers, that is, the possibility of transferring the holiday center in Sedovoto the jurisdiction of Donetsk Railway SE to reconstruct it.

“Now there is aninventory taking, after its completion, some decisions will be made on allotting the boarding houses among the bodies of the Republic.

There is still much work to be done in Sedovo, since no one expected previouslythat the population of the two Republics would rest there. That is, there are many problems to be solved that will require serious funding,” Denis Pushilin said.

There was also a question whether food prices will decline in the Republic?

“I hope that this issue will influence the reduction of fuel prices. This, of course, is not a matter for a day. Entrepreneurs need to sell the leftover products, then, I hope, there will be reduced prices. The People’s control will be able to keep track of this process.

I reckon that in the near future the prices ofbasic commodity groups will decline,”Denis Pushilin noted.
