Сегодняшнее заседание политической группы стало по счету сотым за более чем три года Минского процесса. Как отметили к пресс-службе Министерства иностранных дел ДНР, к сожалению, говорить о сколько-нибудь значительных результатах по достижению этого своеобразного юбилея не приходится.
«Ни один из политических пунктов Комплекса мер не выполнен Украиной: закон об особом статусе Донбасса так и не действовал ни дня, порядок проведения амнистии участников событий и изменения в конституцию не были согласованы — каких-либо закрепленных договоренностей с Республиками по реализации политических пунктов просто нет. Более того, вот уже более года работа группы фактически заблокирована из-за того, что представители Киева отказываются обсуждать вопросы по утвержденной консенсусом повестке, не предоставили ни одной письменной позиции ни по одному пункту и в целом абсолютно не стремятся достигнуть хоть каких-то подвижек.
При этом Киев ввел военное положение, которое напрямую блокирует выполнение отдельных политических пунктов Комплекса мер, но на заседании представители Украины подтвердили свою приверженность Минским соглашениям», — отметили в МИД ДНР.
В этой связи Полпред ДНР Наталья Никонорова акцентировала внимание представителей Украины, что в таком случае необходимо нивелировать эти противоречия и как можно скорее разблокировать работу политической группы, то есть прежде всего — начать продуктивную дискуссию по таким ключевым для долгосрочного возобновления мира вопросам, как особый статус Донбасса и имплементация формулы Штайнмайера.
Today’s meeting of the political group was the 100th one for more than three years of the Minsk process. According to by the press service of the DPR Ministry of Foreign, unfortunately, there is no talk about any significant results after achieving this sort of anniversary.
“Ukraine has fulfilled none of the political items of the Complex of Measures: the law on the special status of Donbass has not acted for a single day, the procedure of granting an amnesty for those involved in the events ,and changes to the constitution have not been agreed — there are no fixed agreements with the Republic on the implementation of the political items. Moreover, for more than a year, the work of the group has actually been blocked due to the fact that the Kiev representatives refuse to discuss the issues on the agenda approved by consensus, have not given a single written position on any item and generally absolutely do not seek achieving at least some progress.
At the same time, Kiev imposed martial law, which directly blocks the implementation of certain political items of the Complex of Measures, but at the meeting, the representatives of Ukraine confirmed their adherence to the Minsk agreements,” the DPR Foreign Ministry noted.
In this regard, the DPR Plenipotentiary Natalia Nikonorova drew the Ukrainian representatives’ attention to the fact that in this case it is necessary to level these contradictions and unlock the work of the political group as soon as possible, that is, first of all, to start a productive discussion on such key issues for a along-term reestablishment of peace as the special status of Donbass and the implementation of Steinmeier’s formula.
