Вооруженные формирования Украины устанавливают военную технику, оборудуют боевые позиции и траншеи в жилых районах, в непосредственной близости от домов мирных граждан. Данный факт был зафиксирован мини-БПЛА ОБСЕ 8 декабря и отражен в ежедневном отчете по состоянию на 9 декабря, сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.
Очевидно, что вооруженные формирования Украины намеренно открыли огонь по беспилотнику СММ ОБСЕ, чтобы помешать Миссии зафиксировать нарушения.
На следующий день БПЛА СММ дальнего радиуса действия дважды подвергался глушению сигнала GPS со стороны ВФУ в данном районе.
Кроме того, СММ ОБСЕ снова зафиксировала не только тяжелое вооружение и технику ВФУ, но и другие нарушения, особенно на южном направлении, что также доказывает готовность Украины применить военную силу:
Несмотря на то, что подобные инциденты,свидетельствующие о военной активности ВФУ, все чаще фиксируются в отчетах СММ ОБСЕ, украинская сторона, пользуясь бездействием своих кураторов — стран-гарантов и отсутствием санкционного механизма, продолжает нарушать Минские соглашения и мандат Миссии.

— 1 armored reconnaissance patrol vehicle (BRDM-2) not far from Muratovo (51 km northwest of Lugansk);
— 1 infantry fighting vehicle (BMP-1) in Orekhovo-Donetsky;
— mini-UAV recorded:
– 1 BMP, 4 BRDM-2 and 1 antiaircraft system (ZU-23, 23mm) in residential area of Belaya Gora;
– military of Armed Forces of Ukraine and trenches in several meters from houses in residential area of Belaya Gora.
Obviously, the Ukrainian armed formations deliberately opened fire at the OSCE SMM drones to prevent the Mission from recording the violations.

The next day, the long-range SMM UAV was twice subjected to the jamming of the GPS signal from the side of the AFU in this area.
On December 8th, when carrying out the flight of the unmanned aerial mini-vehicle (UAV) SMM in Belaya Gora (controlled by the government, 54 km north of Donetsk), monitors heard 12 gunshots at a distance approximately 400-500 m to northeast, which, as estimated, were carried out in the direction of the UAV. The team of the mission called off the UAV which was not damaged*.
In addition, the OSCE SMM again recorded not only the heavy weapons and equipment of the AFU, but also other violations, especially in the southern direction, which also proves Ukraine’s readiness to use military force:

December 9th:
— 2 antiaircraft rocket systems (9K33 Osa) in Kasyanovka ( 22 km north of Mariupol) moving to the south on motorway H20;
— 24 tanks (T-72) at the object near Andreyevka ( 61 km south of Donetsk).
Despite the fact that such incidents testifying to the military activity of the AFU are increasingly recorded in the OSCE SMM reports, the Ukrainian side, taking advantage of the inaction of its handlers, the guarantor countries and the absence of a sanction mechanism, continues to violate the Minsk agreements and the Mission’s mandate.
