В столице Республики 12 декабря состоялось расширенное заседание Временной комиссии Народного Совета по вопросам налаживания взаимодействия законодательной и исполнительной ветвей власти. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, участники обсуждали концепцию совместной работы ветвей власти в сфере выявления и устранения правовых коллизий, пробелов и недочетов в законодательстве Республики.
«В предыдущем созыве данная комиссия уже действовала, она показала свою эффективность, поэтому депутаты рекомендовали продолжить работу. Сегодня мы проводим второе заседание, на первом были определены основные направления, на которые следует обратить внимание. И сейчас мы с представителями всех министерств и ведомств, а также Генеральной прокуратуры Республики будем рассматривать дорожную карту по налаживанию взаимодействия между исполнительной и законодательной ветвями власти», — рассказала председатель комиссии Марина Жейнова.
По словам парламентария, в разработанной дорожной карте отражены проблемные вопросы взаимодействия, а также законодательные акты по различным сферам права.
«На следующих заседаниях комиссии мы отдельно рассмотрим каждый блок. К сожалению, в предыдущие годы работа комиссии имела фрагментарный характер, не все профильные министерства и ведомства были задействованы, в связи с чем необходимые изменения были внесены не во все законы», — добавила Жейнова.
On December 12th, the capital of the Republic hosted an extended meeting of the People’s Council Provisional Commission for Affairs of Interaction of Legislative and Executive Branches of Power. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, the members discussed the concept of joint work of the branches of power in the area of revealing and eliminating conflicts of law, gaps and shortcomings in the legislation of the Republic.
“At the previous convocation, this commission has already acted, it has proved its effectiveness, so the deputies recommended that the work be continued. Today we are holding the second meeting, at the first one, the main areas were determined, to which attention should be paid. And now we, jointly with representatives of all the ministries and agencies, as well as the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic, will consider a roadmap for arranging interaction between the branches of executive and legislative power,” chairperson of the commission Marina Zheynova told.
According to the parliamentarian, the elaborated road map reflects the problematic issues of interaction, as well as legislative acts in various areas of law.
“At future meetings of the commission, we will separately consider each area of focus. Unfortunately, in previous years, the work of the commission had a fragmentary nature, not all relevant ministries and agencies were involved, and therefore, necessary changes have been made not to all laws,” Zheynova added.
