Завтра, 19 декабря, пройдет очередной раунд переговоров по мирному урегулированию ситуации на территории Донбасса. Накануне встречи участников гуманитарной подгруппы Уполномоченный по правам человека в ДНР Дарья Морозова рассказала о планах работы в Минске.
«В рамках заседания гуманитарной подгруппы планируется обсуждение проведения второго этапа обмена пленными в формате «всех установленных на всех установленных», передачи документов гражданам, вернувшимся ранее на территорию Донецкой Народной Республики в результате обмена 27 декабря 2017 года, передачи лиц, осужденных до начала конфликта, для дальнейшего отбывания наказания на территории Украины. Также на повестку дня в очередной раз вынесен вопрос организации поиска лиц, пропавших без вести.
В отношении обмена пленными наша принципиальная позиция заключается в следовании духу и букве Комплекса мер по выполнению Минских соглашений. Мы настаиваем на проведении обмена всех установленных лиц на всех установленных и выражаем надежду на то, что украинская сторона откажется от политических спекуляций по данному вопросу», — заявила Морозова.

On the eve of the meeting of the members of the humanitarian subgroup, DPR Human Rights Commissioner Darya Morozova spoke about the plans for work in Minsk.
“During the meeting of the humanitarian subgroup, it is planned to discuss the second stage of the war prisoner exchange by the format of “all identified persons for all identified”, transfer of documents to citizens who had previously returned to the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic as a result of the exchange on December 27th, 2017, transfer of persons convicted before the beginning of the conflict, for the further serving of the sentence in the territory of Ukraine. The issue of organizing the search for missing persons also appears on the agenda.
Regarding the exchange of war prisoners, our principled position is to follow the intentions and the explicit wording of the Complex of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. We insist on carrying out an exchange of all identified persons for all identified and express the hope that the Ukrainian side will refuse from political speculations concerning this matter,” Morozova stated.
