В связи с длительной психологической нагрузкой в целях недопущения дальнейшего снижения уровня морально-психологического состояния личного состава комбатам 128-й огпбр предписано провести тестирование всех боевиков на предмет выявления предрасположенных к суициду и неконтролируемой агрессии. Об этом в ходе отчетного брифинга 21 декабря рассказал заместитель командующего Оперативным командованием, полковник Эдуард Басурин.
«Военнослужащие с выявленными психическими отклонениями и расстройствами будут отстраняться от исполнения служебных обязанностей с последующим увольнением за нарушения воинской дисциплины без гарантированных выплат и соцобеспечения.
Однако уже при постановке данной задачи у присутствующих «замполитов» возникли претензии к командованию. Согласно результатам проводимого ранее тестирования, более 60 % боевиков находятся в зоне риска, из них более 85 % склонны к суициду и агрессии. То есть, после отстранения от службы «неблагонадежных» на позициях никого не останется.
