Донецкая Народная Республика ответственно заявляет о своей готовности продолжить работу по организации обмена удерживаемыми лицами в строгом соответствии с Комплексом мер на основании ранее согласованной формулы «всех установленных на всех установленных». Об этом заявила представитель ДНР в гуманитарной подгруппе Дарья Морозова, сообщает пресс-служба омбудсмена.
«Мы выступаем против любых попыток политизировать этот процесс и подменить обсуждение повестки дня вопросами, выходящими за пределы Минских соглашений. Вопрос передачи сторонников Республики, которые содержатся на территории Украины, третьим странам не является предметом обсуждения в рамках Минского переговорного процесса. Эти лица уже числились в списках Донецкой Народной Республикой для обмена 27 декабря 2017 года и продолжают числиться до сих пор, поэтому обсуждение указанного вопроса в иных форматах недопустимо.
На протяжении последнего года украинская сторона фактически блокировала работу гуманитарной подгруппы, поэтому попытки создать видимость активной деятельности в преддверии новогодних праздников, навязывая произвольные формулы обмена, видеоконференции и другие форматы работы, не предусмотренные Минским переговорным процессом, указывают исключительно на отстаивание политических интересов в преддверии выборов и в итоге ведут к затягиванию освобождения удерживаемых лиц.
Мы категорически против любых попыток перекроить переговорный процесс под текущие амбиции отдельных политиков и настаиваем на решении указанного вопроса исключительно в формате, предусмотренном Минскими соглашениями», — прокомментировала Морозова.

DPR representative to the humanitarian subgroup Darya Morozova, according to the press service of the Ombudsperson, stated this.
“We oppose any attempts to politicize this process and replace the discussion of the agenda with issues that go beyond the Minsk agreements. The issue of the transfer of supporters of the Republic, who are detained in the territory of Ukraine, to third countries is not a subject of discussion within the framework of the Minsk negotiating process. These persons had already been on the lists of the Donetsk People’s Republic for exchange on December 27th, 2017, and are still registered, therefore the discussion of this issue in other formats is unacceptable.
Over the past year, the Ukrainian side has virtually blocked the work of the humanitarian subgroup, therefore attempts to create a semblance of activity on the eve of New Year holidays, imposing arbitrary exchange formulas, video conferences and other work formats not envisaged by the Minsk negotiation process, point exclusively to upholding political interests on the eve of the election and in the end, they lead to a delay in the release of the detainees.
We are categorically oppose any attempts to reshape the negotiation process to the current ambitions of some politicians and insist on resolving this issue exclusively in the format provided for by the Minsk agreements,” Morozova commented.
