По инициативе ОД «Донецкая Республика» 6 февраля в Донецке состоялся круглый стол по подготовке республиканской конференции «Модернизация системы профобразования под требования инновационной экономики в условиях интеграции в РФ». Об этом сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«Здесь присутствует рабочая группа по подготовке первого экспертного форума, который будет проходить на базе Министерства образования, направленного на раскрытие потенциала Республики и обсуждение интеграции с Российской Федерацией. Будут рассмотрены прежде всего вопросы реорганизации существующей системы образования в ДНР.
Это будет первый форум из целой череды подобных мероприятий, инициированных общественным движением «Донецкая Республика» по поручению Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина. В рамках программы формирования кадрового резерва подобные форумы будут проводиться и с другими министерствами», — рассказал руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «Донецкая Республика» Алексей Муратов.
В свою очередь эксперт Национальной системы компетенций и квалификаций РФ Артур Салахов подчеркнул, что реорганизация системы образования должна начинаться с внесения изменений в законодательство и систему управления в целом.
«Прежде всего мы рассматриваем вопросы развития профессионального образования, его модернизации. Это делается в рамках интеграционного процесса, который идет между Донецкой Народной Республикой и Российской Федерацией, и начинаться он должен с рынка труда.
Сегодня существуют проблемы на рынке труда Республики, они обусловлены в первую очередь негативными факторами, которые присутствуют в профессиональном образовании. И мы обсудим наиболее правильные пути разрешения сложившейся ситуации для того, чтобы приблизить наш существующий рынок труда к развивающемуся рынку квалифицированных профессионалов Российской Федерации», — отметил эксперт.

This will be the first-ever forum of a series of similar events initiated by the Donetsk Republic Public Movement at the instruction of Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin. Within the framework of the succession pipeline program, similar forums will be held jointly with other ministries too,” head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic PM Aleksey Muratov said.
In turn, Artur Salakhov, an expert of the National System of Competences and Qualifications of the Russian Federation, stressed that the reorganization of the education system should begin with the introduction of changes in the legislation and the management system in general.
“First of all, we consider the issues of the development of vocational training and its modernization. This is being done within the framework of the integration process going on between the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Russian Federation, and it should start with the job marketplace.
Today there are problems in the job marketplace of the Republic, they are primarily due to negative factors that exist in vocational training. And we will discuss the most appropriate ways to resolve the current situation in order to bring our existing job market closer to the developing job market of qualified professionals of the Russian Federation,” the expert noted.
