6 февраля вступил в силу Закон Донецкой Народной Республики № 13-IIНС «О внесении изменений в Уголовный кодекс Донецкой Народной Республики», принятый Народным Советом Донецкой Народной Республики 1 февраля.
Законом вносятся юридико-технические правки, которые приводят нормы Уголовного кодекса в соответствие с Конституцией ДНР.
Закон вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования.
On February 6th, Law 13-IIHC of the Donetsk People’s Republic On Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Donetsk People’s Republic, which was adopted by the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic on February 1st, came into force.
The Law introduces juridical and technical corrections that bring some provisions of the Criminal Code in line with the DPR Constitution.
The Law comes into force from the date of its official publication.
