6 февраля вступил в силу Закон Донецкой Народной Республики «О внесении изменения в статью 5 Закона Донецкой Народной Республики «Об увековечении Победы советского народа в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 годов», принятый Народным Советом Донецкой Народной Республики 1 февраля.
Законом Правительство ДНР получает полномочия для установления порядка определения перечня организаций, сотрудничавших с группами, организациями, движениями или лицами, признанными преступными либо виновными в совершении преступлений в соответствии с приговором Международного военного трибунала, а также организаций, отрицающих факты и выводы, установленные приговором трибунала, а также атрибутики и символики указанных организаций.
Закон вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования.
On February 6th, the Law of the Donetsk People’s Republic On Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of the Donetsk People’s Republic On the Perpetuation of the Victory of the Soviet People in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, which was adopted by the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic on February 1st, came into force.
By this Law, the DPR Government is authorized to establish the procedure for determining a list of organizations that have collaborated with groups, organizations, movements or persons who are recognized as criminal or guilty of crimes in accordance with the verdict of the International Military Tribunal, as well as organizations that deny the facts and conclusions established by the verdict of the Tribunal, as well as the attributes and symbols of these organizations.
The Law comes into force from the date of its official publication.
