Украинская сторона продолжает грубо нарушать Минские соглашения в части п. 2. Комплекса мер, согласно которому тяжелое вооружение и техника должны быть отведены за определенные линии и размещены в установленных местах хранения.
Об этом сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.
Наблюдатели СММ ОБСЕ в своих ежедневных отчетах регулярно фиксируют наращивание техники вооруженными формированиями Украины.
Так, в отчете Миссии по состоянию на 04.02.2019 г. отражено прибытие самоходной артиллерии и средств ПВО ВФУ на железнодорожный вокзал Зачатовки, который находится в Волновахском районе. В отчете СММ по состоянию на 05.02.2019 г. сообщается о нахождении тяжелого вооружения и техники и в других населенных пунктах, в том числе в непосредственной близости от линии соприкосновения.
Всего с 1 по 5 февраля наблюдатели Миссии зафиксировали наличие 43 единиц техники и тяжелого вооружения ВФУ, находящихся за пределами линий отвода и вне выделенных мест хранения, из них 13 танков, 21 артиллерийскую установку, 2 противотанковые пушки и 7 ЗРК.
Количество обнаруженной только за пять дней техники и регулярные учения ВФУ по проверке готовности артиллерийских, авиационных и морских сил и средств свидетельствуют о продолжающейся подготовке Киева к активизации боевых действий в Донбассе.

The Ukrainian side continues to grossly violate the Minsk agreements regarding paragraph 2 of the Complex of Measures, according to which heavy weapons and equipment must be withdrawn out of certain lines and deployed in designated storage areas.

Thus, the report of the Mission as of February 4th, 2019 documented an arrival of self-propelled artillery and air defense systems of the AFU at Zachovka railway station, which is located in the area of Volnovakha. The SMM report as of February 5th, 2019 informs that heavy weapons and equipment are located in other localities, including in the immediate vicinity of the contact line.
In total, between February1st and 5th, the Mission’s monitors registered the presence of 43 units of equipment and heavy armament of the AFU located outside the withdrawal lines and outside the designated storage areas, including 13 tanks, 21 artillery systems, 2 anti-tank guns and 7 air defense missile systems.
The number of armaments spotted for just five days and regular drills of the AFU to verify the readiness of artillery, aviation and naval forces and equipment indicate the ongoing preparation of Kiev for the intensification of hostilities in Donbass.
