В рамках Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса в Республиканском институте неотложной и восстановительной хирургии им. В.К.Гусака начал работу новый магнитно-резонансный томограф. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, участие в открытии специализированного кабинета 8 февраля принял Глава Республики Денис Пушилин.
«Нужно подчеркнуть важность Гуманитарной программы. Она позволяет получать новое оборудование, дополнительное обеспечение наших медицинских учреждений, что, в свою очередь, дает возможность обслуживать как жителей Республики, так и неподконтрольной нам части Донбасса, которых мы тоже считаем своими гражданами. Люди, находящиеся по ту сторону линии соприкосновения, должны иметь возможность получать полноценную медицинскую помощь. Будем работать в этом направлении и дальше», — сказал глава государства.
Также Денис Пушилин поблагодарил руководство ИНВХ и Министерства здравоохранения ДНР за колоссальный объем проведенных работ и своевременное реагирование на нужды граждан.
«Медицинские учреждения должны постоянно обновляться. Кроме того, одна из главных задач сегодня – это увеличение зарплат медиков, очень важно сохранить специалистов здесь, в Республике», — добавил Глава Республики.
О важности поставок нового оборудования для развития медицинского потенциала Республики рассказала министр здравоохранения ДНР Ольга Долгошапко: «Это очень долгожданный томограф, потому что в Республике на сегодня работает всего 4 аппарата, и часть из них уже морально и материально устарела. Конечно, кабинеты работают, но их не хватает, в связи с чем выстраиваются длинные очереди.
Поэтому сегодня открыт еще один кабинет, который уже начинает прием пациентов. Этот томограф рассчитан в основном на детское и подростковое население, но думаю, что со временем мы сможем принимать и взрослых».
По словам главы Минздрава, в день исследование на новом аппарате смогут пройти 8-10 человек, что позволит разгрузить существующие очереди и более оперативно предоставлять людям результаты диагностики. Кроме того, по словам министра, в 2019 году планируется открыть еще один томограф в Республиканской детской клинической больнице.
В свою очередь директор ИНВХ им. Гусака, профессор Эмиль Фисталь поблагодарил неравнодушных граждан Российской Федерации и руководство Республики за систематическую помощь и поддержку.
«В состав института входят 17 клинических отделений, 4 из них занимаются лечением детей. И очень важно, что мы получили этот аппарат от Российской Федерации, уже сегодня мы начинаем проводить исследования. Томография – это один из самых современных и высокоточных методов диагностики, можно обследовать все органы и системы организма. Поэтому я благодарен российскому народу, нашему Министерству здравоохранения за огромный вклад в развитие диагностики и лечения», — отметил он.

“It is necessary to emphasize the importance of the Humanitarian Program. It allows receiving new equipment, additional supply for our medical facilities, which, in turn, makes it possible to treat both the residents of the Republic and those who come from the part of Donbas we do not control, whom we also consider our citizens. People who are on that side of the line of contact should be able to receive full medical care. We will continue working in this direction,” the head of the state said.
Denis Pushilin also thanked the leadership of the institute and the DPR Ministry of Health for the enormous amount of work they have done and for the timely response to the needs of citizens.
“Medical institutions must be constantly upgraded. In addition, one of the main tasks today is to increase the salaries of medical workers, it is very important to retain specialists here in the Republic,” the Head of the Republic added.
Minister of Health of the DPR Olga Dolgoshapko spoke on the importance of supplying equipment for the development of the medical potential of the Republic, “This is a very long-awaited tomographic scanner, because today there are only four such devices in the Republic, and some of them have already outlived their usefulness. Of course, the units are working, but we have not got enough of them, and therefore long queues are lined up.
Therefore, today one more unit has opened up, which is already starting to treat patients. This tomographic scanner is designed mainly for children and adolescents, but I think that eventually we will be able to treat adults as well.”
According to the head of the Ministry of Health, 8 or 10 people per day will be able to get examined by the new device, which will relieve the existing queues and more quickly provide people with diagnostic results. In addition, according to the minister, in 2019 it is planned to open up another MRI unit at Republic Children’s Clinical Hospital.
In turn, the director of Institute named after Gusak, Professor Emil Fistal, thanked the non-indifferent citizens of the Russian Federation and the leadership of the Republic for their systematic help and support.
“The institute comprises 17 clinical departments, 4 of which are engaged in the treatment of children. And it is very important that we have received this device from the Russian Federation, today we are starting to carry out medical examinations. Tomography is one of the most modern and accurate diagnostic methods, it is possible to scan all the organs and systems of the body. Therefore, I am grateful to the Russian nation, our Ministry of Health, for their great contribution to the development of diagnostics and medical treatment,” he emphasized.
