Четвертая годовщина подписания Комплекса мер – весомый повод напомнить мировому сообществу о том, что, несмотря на все дипломатические и переговорные усилия наших представителей в Минске решить конфликт мирным путем, Киев продолжает игнорировать выполнение соглашений.
Даже сейчас инициатива Российской Федерации включить в повестку дня проблемы Донбасса вызывает активное неприятие со стороны украинских представителей в ООН.
Киев пытается обвинить Россию в манипуляции международным общественным мнением, представить ее в роли участника конфликта в Донбассе и обвинить в срыве Минских соглашений. При этом украинская сторона умалчивает, что вина за невыполнение соглашений целиком и полностью лежит именно на Киеве. И именно Киев тормозит весь переговорный процесс, показательно забывая о том, что резолюция в поддержку Минских соглашений была принята Советом Безопасности ООН в 2015 году единогласно и она обязательна к исполнению для всех членов организации.

The fourth anniversary of the signing of the Complex of Measures is a weighty reason to remind the world community that, despite all the diplomatic and negotiating efforts of our representatives in Minsk to resolve the conflict peacefully, Kiev continues ignoring the implementation of the agreements.
Even now, the initiative of the Russian Federation to include the problems of Donbass in the agenda causes active rejection from the Ukrainian representatives to the UN.
Kiev is trying to accuse Russia of manipulating the international public opinion, to misrepresent it as a party to the conflict in Donbass and to accuse of thwarting the Minsk Agreements. At the same time, the Ukrainian side dissembles the fact that the fault for non-compliance with the agreements rests entirely with Kiev. And it is Kiev that is hindering the entire negotiation process, demonstratively forgetting that the resolution in support of the Minsk Agreements was approved by the UN Security Council in 2015 unanimously and it is binding for all members of the organization.
