В Минске началось заседание Контактной группы. Об этом сообщает МИД ДНР.
На обсуждение вынесены вопросы, рассмотренные в рамках работ профильных групп:
— нарастающее число трагических последствий нарушений режима прекращения огня, которые остаются безнаказанными, ставит во главу угла работы подгруппы по вопросам безопасности скорейшее согласование и введение дополнительных мер контроля и усиления перемирия;
— в подгруппе по гуманитарным вопросам продолжилось обсуждение списков удерживаемых лиц с целью выяснения возможности скорейшего обмена по формуле «всех установленных на всех установленных»;
— внедрение механизма выплаты пенсий, предложенного МККК, погашение задолженности Украины работникам железной дороги и КП «Вода Донбасса» по-прежнему остаются приоритетными темами переговорной позиции представителей Республики в подгруппе по экономическим вопросам;
— переговорщики в политической подгруппе сегодня обсуждали предложения, внесенные координатором группы от СММ ОБСЕ относительно имплементации формулы Штайнмайера.
The Contact Group’s meeting in Minsk has begun. The DPR Foreign Ministry reports.
The issues considered within the framework of the specialized groups are submitted for discussion:
— the increasing number of tragic consequences of ceasefire violations that remain unpunished puts places utmost importance on a speedy coordination and introduction of additional measures to control and strengthen the truce in the subgroup for security affairs;
— the subgroup for humanitarian affairs continued discussing the lists of detainees in order to clarify the possibility of an early exchange based on the formula of “all identified for all identified”;
— the introduction of the pension payment mechanism proposed by the ICRC, the repayment of Ukraine’s debt to employees of the railway and Voda Donbassa Public Utilities Company still remain the priority topics of the negotiating standpoint of representatives of the Republic to the subgroup for economic affairs;
— negotiators in the political subgroup today discussed the proposals made by the group coordinator from the OSCE SMM regarding the implementation of Steinmeier’s formula.
