В эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР министр здравоохранения ДНР Ольга Долгошапко рассказала о текущей ситуации с обращениями граждан, а также актуальных проблемах отрасли.
«К нам поступает очень большое количество обращений граждан, в том числе жалоб по разным вопросам и по разным причинам. Однако хочется, чтобы граждане Республики были более рассудительны и объективны. Каждый живущий здесь человек может свободно составить обращение на сайт Министерства здравоохранения, сайт Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина, осветить проблему, но если это действительно проблема, а не проявление текущего настроения человека. Далеко не все медработники плохие и не все в наших медучреждениях плохо.
Действительно, проблем много, мы не можем все решить одновременно. В том числе — пресечь грубость отдельных работников отрасли на местах; одновременно поднять всем заработную плату, снизить стоимость лекарственных препаратов в аптеках; уменьшить время прибытия карет скорой помощи до 10 минут, как хотят граждане, но которых просто не хватает, и многое другое. Есть много реальных сложностей, например, в Иловайске с кадрами в медучреждениях, которые, тем не менее, решаются пусть не всегда популярными методами. Иногда виноваты не медработники, а обстоятельства, это нужно понимать.
У нас хорошая медицина, и я искренне благодарна тем сотрудникам отрасли, которые самоотверженно до сих пор борются за здоровье наших граждан, несмотря ни на что», — подчеркнула министр.
In an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website, Minister of Health of the DPR Olga Dolgoshapko spoke on the current situation with citizens’ appeals, as well as the current problems in the field.
“We receive a very large number of citizens’ appeals, including complaints on various issues and for various reasons. However, I really wish the citizens of the Republic were more reasonable and objective. Every person living here can freely make an appeal on the website of the Ministry of Health, the website of Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, to highlight the problem, but if this is really a problem, not a manifestation of a person’s current mood. Not all health workers are bad and not everything in our medical facilities is bad.
Indeed, there are many problems, we cannot solve everything simultaneously. Including to stop the rudeness of individual workers of the field locally; at the same time raise wages for all, reduce the cost of medicines in pharmacies; reduce the time of arrival of ambulances to 10 minutes, as citizens want, but which are simply not enough, and much more. There are many real difficulties, for example, with personnel in medical institutions in Ilovaysk, which, nevertheless, are solved, if not always by popular methods. Sometimes it’s not the health workers that are to blame, but the circumstances that they need to realize.
We have good medicine, and I am sincerely grateful to those employees of the field who are selflessly still fighting for the health of our citizens, no matter what,” the Minister emphasized.
