Министр иностранных дел ДНР Наталья Никонорова прокомментировала заявление представителя Украины в Контактной группе о том, что переговоры по мирному урегулированию предусматривают прямые контакты только лишь между Украиной и Россией при посредничестве ОБСЕ, а представителей ЛНР и ДНР привлекают по мере необходимости.
«Украинская сторона устами своего представителя в Контактной группе не прекращает попыток уйти от прямого диалога с Республиками. В связи с этим мы считаем необходимым вновь отметить, что стороны конфликта четко определены в Комплексе мер, а именно — в его втором пункте: ими являются Украина и Республики. Российской Федерации наравне с ОБСЕ отведена лишь роль посредников в урегулировании конфликта. Тот факт, что по прошествии четырех лет украинские переговорщики так и не удосужились в должной степени его изучить, со всей ясностью демонстрирует подход Киева к переговорам.
Единственным и безальтернативным методом невоенного разрешения конфликта остается прямое и неукоснительное выполнение Киевом всех пунктов Комплекса мер, предусматривающего прямой и прозрачный диалог с представителями Донбасса. Работа Контактной группы выстроена в соответствии с Минскими соглашениями, а все вопросы их реализации могут решаться лишь с участием представителей Республик. Надеемся, что при поддержке международных посредников Минского процесса в лице ОБСЕ и РФ украинская сторона сможет более тщательно ознакомиться с подписанными документами», — заявила Наталья Никонорова.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Natalya Nikonorova commented on the statement of the representative of Ukraine to the Contact Group that the peace talks provide for direct contacts only between Ukraine and Russia through the mediation of the OSCE, but representatives of the LPR and the DPR are involved as necessary.
“The Ukrainian party, through the help of its representative to the Contact Group, does not stop trying to get away from a direct dialogue with the Republics. In this regard, we consider it necessary to reiterate that the parties to the conflict are clearly defined in the Complex of Measures, namely, in its second paragraph – they are Ukraine and the Republics. The Russian Federation, on a par with the OSCE, is assigned only the role of mediators in resolving the conflict. The fact that after four years, the Ukrainian negotiators have not bothered to study it properly, clearly demonstrates Kiev’s approach to the negotiations.
The only and non-alternative method of non-military resolution of the conflict remains the direct and rigorous implementation by Kiev of all items of the Complex of Measures, which provides for a direct and transparent dialogue with representatives of Donbass. The work of the Contact Group is formed in accordance with the Minsk Agreements, and all issues of their implementation can be solved only with the participation of representatives of the Republics. We hope that with the support of the international mediators of the Minsk process represented by the OSCE and the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian party will be able to get more closely acquainted with the signed documents,” Natalya Nikonorova stated.
