Сегодня внутриполитический кризис, сложившийся на Украине и связанный с предстоящими там выборами, напрямую влияет на ситуацию в Донбассе. Накануне президентских выборов украинская армия по указанию Порошенко усилила обстрелы городов и поселков Донбасса, расположенных у линии разграничения. Продолжают гибнуть мирные жители, разрушаются дома и детские сады. Об этом сегодня, 21 февраля, заявил Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин.
«Киевская власть пытается отвлечь избирателей от внутренних проблем, экономического коллапса, внешнеполитических провалов и возложить вину за все свои ошибки на нас и Российскую Федерацию. При этом активно используется принцип двойной морали, когда все обвинения в наш адрес не только не подкрепляются хоть какими-то доказательствами, а просто противоречат здравому смыслу.
Националистические батальоны и ВСУ намеренно обостряют ситуацию в Донбассе и на Юго-Востоке. К линии соприкосновения сторон стягиваются артиллерия и бронетехника. Украинские спецслужбы организуют и проводят теракты на объектах жизнеобеспечения Донбасса.
Здоровые политические силы, которые еще остались на Украине и пытаются продвигать политику мирного урегулирования конфликта, подвергаются репрессиям и откровенной физической расправе со стороны украинских спецслужб и ультранационалистов. Главная цель Порошенко – не допустить к выборам сторонников мира на украинской земле и игнорировать Минские соглашения.
Политики и общественные деятели, открыто призывающие «майданную власть» к налаживанию мирного диалога с Республиками, уничтожаются.
Западные партнеры Киева и страны НАТО стимулируют киевский режим к продолжению провокаций, игнорированию Минских соглашений и обострению конфликта, предоставляя военную поддержку и финансовую помощь.
Между тем, Донбасс последовательно выступает за продолжение переговорного процесса в Минске. Всячески поддерживаем инициативы украинских оппозиционных политиков к интенсификации переговоров и выполнению Минских соглашений. Выражаем готовность к переговорам и возобновлению прямого диалога с Киевом. Ответственно заявляем о нашей готовности к достижению мира для Украины и Донбасса. Обращаемся к гарантам Минских соглашений Ангеле Меркель и Эммануэлю Макрону оказать влияние на Порошенко, содействовать установлению прямых и продуктивных переговоров, поддержать инициативы украинских политиков к выполнению Минских соглашений», — заявил Денис Пушилин.
Today, the internal political crisis that has arisen in Ukraine and is involved with the upcoming election in there directly affects the situation in Donbass. On the eve of the presidential election, the Ukrainian army, by Poroshenko’s order, has stepped up the shelling of the towns and villages of Donbass that are located at the line of separation. Civilians are being killed, houses and kindergartens are being destroyed. Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin stated this today, on February 21st.
“The Kiev power is trying to pass the voters off the internal problems, economic collapse, foreign policy failures and put the blame for all their mistakes on us and the Russian Federation. At the same time, they actively resort to the principle of double morality, when all the accusations against us are not only unsupported by any evidence, but simply contradict common sense.
The nationalist battalions and the AFU are deliberately escalating the situation in Donbass and in the South-East. To the line of contact between the parties, they are deploying artillery and armored vehicles. Ukrainian special services organize and carry out terrorist attacks on critical infrastructure facilities of Donbass.
Healthy political forces that still remain in Ukraine and are trying to promote the policy of peaceful settlement of the conflict are being subjected to oppression and overt physical violence by the Ukrainian special services and ultranationalists. The main goal of Poroshenko is to keep peace campaigners in the Ukrainian land out of the election and ignore the Minsk Agreements.
Politicians and public figures who openly call on “the Maydan power” to establish a peace dialogue with the Republics are being destroyed.
The western partners of Kiev and the NATO countries are encouraging the Kiev regime to continue provocations, to ignore the Minsk Agreements and to escalate the conflict by providing them with military support and financial assistance.
Meanwhile, Donbass consistently supports the continuation of the negotiation process in Minsk. We strongly support the initiatives of the Ukrainian opposition politicians to intensify negotiations and implement the Minsk Agreements. We express our readiness for negotiations and resumption of a direct dialogue with Kiev. We responsibly declare our readiness to reestablish peace for Ukraine and Donbass. We address the guarantors of the Minsk Agreements, Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron, to exert influence on Poroshenko, facilitate the establishment of direct and productive negotiations, support the initiatives of the Ukrainian politicians to implement the Minsk Agreements,” Denis Pushilin stated.
