Вчера, 24 февраля, мини-БПЛА СММ ОБСЕ, совершая полет над линией боевого соприкосновения, что предусмотрено п.7 Минского меморандума от 19 сентября 2014 года, был подвергнут глушению со стороны ВФУ. В результате беспилотник приземлился в глубине минного поля, приблизительно в 200 м от местной дороги Коммунаровка-Докучаевск.
Наблюдатели миссии обратились в Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и переговорном процессе с просьбой оказать содействие в извлечении БПЛА. Сегодня в результате успешного проведения поисковых мероприятий силами военнослужащих Народной милиции ДНР данный аппарат был извлечен с минного поля и передан СММ ОБСЕ.

Yesterday, on February 24th, an OSCE SMM mini-UAV, which was flying over the line of combat contact, as provided for by paragraph 7 of the Minsk Memorandum as of September 19th, 2014, was jammed by the AFU. As a result, the drone landed deep in a minefield approximately 200 m from the local road Kommunarovka-Dokuchayevsk.
The Mission’s monitors turned to the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process with a request to assist in evacuating the UAV. Today, as a result of the successful search activities carried out by forces of the DPR People’s Militia, this device was evacuated from the minefield and handed over to the OSCE SMM.
