Украинские переговорщики игнорируют дискуссию об особом статусе Донбасса — МИД ДНР / Ukrainian negotiators ignore the discussion on the special status of Donbass – DPR Foreign Ministry

Киев предпринимает все возможное, чтобы потратить переговорное время на обсуждение тем, которые не только не внесены в политическую повестку дня, но и зачастую вообще не касаются Комплекса мер. При этом украинские переговорщики полностью игнорируют призывы интенсифицировать дискуссию по реализации компромиссного порядка вступления в силу закона об особом статусе Донбасса, сообщает МИД ДНР.

Таким образом, Киев абсолютно не стремится переводить переговоры в конструктивное русло, саботируя все усилия представителей Республик, а также посредников в лице ОБСЕ и Российской Федерации по разблокированию работы политической группы.

Полпред ДНР Наталья Никонорова снова подчеркнула необходимость как можно более скорого старта полноценного обсуждения основного вопроса повестки дня – имплементации формулы Штайнмайера. Этот механизм, являющийся по своей сути компромиссом со стороны Республик, — единственный на сегодняшний день способ ввести в действие закон об особом статусе Донбасса и хотя бы частично продвинуться на пути к политическому урегулированию конфликта.

Kiev makes every effort to waste the negotiating time on the discussion of topics that are not only not included in the political agenda, but often are not related to the Complex of Measures at all. At the same time, the Ukrainian negotiators completely ignore the calls to intensify the discussion on the implementation of the compromise procedure for the entry-into-force of the law on the special status of Donbass, according to the DPR Foreign Ministry.

Thus, Kiev absolutely does not seek to lead the negotiations into a constructive direction, sabotaging all the efforts of the representatives of the Republics, as well as the mediators represented by the OSCE and the Russian Federation to unblock the work of the political group.

DPR Plenipotentiary Natalia Nikonorova again highlighted the need for the soonest possible start of a full discussion of the main issue on the agenda – the implementation of Steinmeier’s formula. This mechanism, which is in essence a compromise on the part of the Republics, is the only way to enact the law on the special status of Donbass and to move towards the political settlement of the conflict, at least partially.
