Смысл проведения акции «Выбор Донбасса», актуализация Минских соглашений, политика нового президента Украины Владимира Зеленского стали темой программы «По полной!», прозвучавшей в эфире радиостанции «Радио Республика». Основным гостем программы стал журналист и политолог Андрей Бабицкий.
«Я отношусь к этой акции очень положительно, это очень разумная акция.
Почему на нее так негативно реагируют люди? Им кажется, что происходит понижение статуса ДНР. Смотрите, мы самостоятельное государство в течение уже пяти лет. И вдруг, мы обращаемся к Украине с просьбой или требованием признать наш «особый статус». Какой «особый статус», если мы давно уже «помахали ручкой» Украине?
Но, люди не понимают, что смысл акции не в написанных требованиях. Смысл акции в актуализации Минских соглашений. Мы напоминаем властям Украины, что они клятвопреступники. Что они взяли на себя международные обязательства и не выполнили их за пять лет.
Если вдруг произойдет чудо, которого, впрочем, никто не ожидает, и Украина пойдет на выполнение Минских соглашений, то это будет не Украина, а совсем другое государство.
В перечне этих требований очень четко расставлены реперные точки: мы с Россией, мы никуда с этого пути не уйдем и т.д. Это жесткая позиция. Далее, мы живем по собственным законам и никому не позволяем в них вмешиваться. Мы имеем собственную Народную милицию, и никакие украинские вооруженные формирования сюда не будут допущены.
Как мы уже сказали, политические соглашения не будут выполнены. Никто этого не ожидает. Но, проводя эту акцию, Донбасс дает дополнительные аргументы России, и как гаранту Минских соглашений, и в рамках нормандского формата. Россия снова может указать Франции и Германии на то, что тысячи людей просят о выполнении Минских соглашений. А Киев в очередной раз наплевал на это.
Вот смысл акции, и мне кажется он вполне позитивный. Не стоит бояться. Никто ничего страшного не просит. Это на самом деле напоминание, актуализация. А Минские соглашения – это ловушка, в которую попалась Украина.
Понятны чувства людей, которые с подозрением отнеслись к этой акции. От независимого государства к автономии в составе Украины – это выглядит по меньшей мере странно. Это нормальная, спонтанная реакция.
Минские соглашения – это документ о прекращении боевых действий, об отводе войск, о полноценных правах каждого, и они не утратили своего смысла. Не бойтесь! Украина не может выполнить политические пункты, потому что это будет означать полную смену системы вещей, кардинальное изменение характера украинской государственности.
Сейчас ситуация стала меняться, появилась перспектива в направлении выполнения хотя бы не политических пунктов. И люди должны помочь в развитии этой ситуации. Вот смысл акции «Выбор Донбасса», — сказал Андрей Бабицкий.
The meaning of the Choice of Donbass campaign, the actualization of the Minsk agreements, the policy of new president of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, became the topic of the show In Full Swing! on the air of the radio station Radio Respublika. The main guest of the program became journalist and political analyst Andrei Babitsky.
“I take this campaign very positively, this is a very reasonable campaign.
Why do people response so negatively to it? It seems to them that the status of the DPR is being lowered. Look, we have been an independent state for the past five years. And suddenly, we appeal to Ukraine with a request or demand to recognize our “special status”. What “special status” if we have “bid good riddance” to Ukraine long time ago?
But, people do not understand that the meaning of the campaign is not in the written terms. The meaning of the campaign is the actualization the Minsk agreements. We remind the authorities of Ukraine that they are oath-breakers. That they made international commitments and have not fulfilled them for five years.
If a miracle happens, which, however, no one expects, and Ukraine goes for fulfilling the Minsk agreements, it will be no Ukraine, but a completely different state.
The reference points are very clearly arranged in the list of these terms: we are with Russia, we are not moving away from this path, etc. This is a tough standpoint. Further, we live by our own laws and do not let anyone interfere in them. We have our own People’s Militia, and no Ukrainian armed formations are let in here.
As we have said, political agreements will not be implemented. No one expects this. But, conducting this campaign, Donbass gives additional arguments to Russia, both as a guarantor of the Minsk agreements, and in the framework of the Normandy format. Russia can again point out to France and Germany that thousands of people are asking for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. And Kiev has once again spat on it.
That is the meaning of the campaign, and it seems to me quite positive. Do not be afraid. No one is asking for anything terrible. This is actually a reminder, actualization. And the Minsk agreements are a trap in which Ukraine got caught.
The feelings of people who are suspicious of this campaign are understandable. From an independent state to autonomy within Ukraine, this at least looks strange. This is a normal, spontaneous reaction.
The Minsk Agreements are a document on the cessation of hostilities, on the withdrawal of troops, on the full rights of each, and they have not lost their meaning. Do not be afraid! Ukraine cannot fulfill political items, because it will mean a complete change of the system of things, a fundamental change in the nature of the Ukrainian statehood.
Now the situation has begun to change, there has been a prospect towards the implementation, at least, something that is not political items. And people should help in the development of this situation. That is the meaning of the Choice of Donbass campaign,” Andrei Babitsky said.
