На сегодняшнем заседании группы по экономическим вопросам представители Республик подняли важнейшие темы выплат задолженностей заработной платы сотрудникам КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса» и железной дороги, а также согласование механизма по осуществлению социальных выплат жителям Республик. Итоги заседания прокомментировала полпред ДНР на переговорах Трехсторонней контактной группы в Минске, министр иностранных дел Наталья Никонорова.
«Без реальных причин официальный Киев откровенно затягивает согласование уже готового механизма реализации социальных выплат. Документы на столе, что еще необходимо сделать, какие конкретные шаги, чтобы украинская сторона наконец-то разблокировала процесс?! Такие вопросы Республики подняли сегодня на заседании Контактной группы. Мы считаем, что в этой теме категорически не допустимы никакие обусловливания, социальные выплаты – это первоочередная задача в работе группы», – уточнила Никонорова.
Напомним, что на прошлом заседании представители украинской делегации обязались предоставить информацию о доходной и расходной части КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса» для ее проработки соответствующими экспертами, однако никаких данных и официального ответа от украинских представителей получено не было.
«Очень жаль, что Украина саботирует работу по КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса», нас беспокоит этот вопрос, так как стабильная работа предприятия — это стабильное водоснабжение всего населения Донбасса», – подытожила полпред.
At today’s meeting of the group on economic issues, representatives of the Republics raised the most important topics of paying wage arrears to employees of Voda Donbassa Company and the railway, as well as agreeing on a mechanism for carrying out social payments to the residents of the Republics. DPR plenipotentiary to the talks of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk, Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova commented on the outcome of the meeting.
“For no real reason, the official Kiev frankly delays the coordination of the already-present mechanism for the implementation of social payments. Documents are on the table, what else needs to be done, what concrete steps to take so the Ukrainian side could finally unblock the process?! The Republics raised such questions today at the meeting of the Contact Group. We believe that in this matter any conditionality is categorically inadmissible, social payments are the primary task in the work of the group,” Nikonorova clarified.
Recall that at the previous meeting, the representatives of the Ukrainian delegation committed themselves to provide information on the revenue and spending of Voda Donbassa Company for its study by specialized experts, however, neither data nor official response from the Ukrainian representatives has been received.
“It’s really unfortunate that Ukraine is sabotaging the work on Voda Donbassa Company; we are concerned about this issue, since the stable operation of the company means stable water supply for the entire population of Donbass,” the plenipotentiary concluded.
