Правительство Донецкой Народной Республики сейчас занимается изучением и оценкой ситуации с тарифами на жилищно-коммунальные услуги для населения. Об этом 9 июля в ходе общения с многодетными семьями заявил в Донецке Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин.
«Спекулятивного повышением цен быть не должно. Касаемо ЖКХ — вопрос крайне непростой. И сейчас Правительству ДНР поручено провести финансово-экономический анализ всей сферы жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Для нас, с одной стороны, это стало символом, что мы с 2014 года не повышаем тарифы на услуги ЖКХ, а с другой стороны — мы видим, что сотрудникам и в целом хозяйству все труднее выполнять качественно свою работу. Поэтому сначала проведем макроэкономический анализ, а потом будет взвешенное решение. Но это будет не сегодня и не завтра — сейчас идет пока изучение ситуации. Наше ЖКХ необходимо поднять на другой уровень, но не в ущерб нашим гражданам. Пока этот вопрос на стадии проработки», — сказал он.
The Government of the Donetsk People’s Republic is now studying and assessing the situation about the rates for housing and utility services for the population. Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin stated this on July 9th in the course of communication with multi-child families in Donetsk.
“There should be no artificially high prices. Concerning the housing and public utilities sector, the matter is extremely complicated. Now the Government of the DPR has been instructed to carry out a financial and economic analysis of the entire housing and utilities sector. For us, on the one hand, it has become a symbol that since 2014 we have not raised the rates for utility services, but on the other hand, we see that it is becoming more and more difficult for workers and the whole industry to do their job qualitatively. Therefore, we will first carry out a macroeconomic analysis, and then will make a weighted decision. But it will happen neither today nor tomorrow – now the situation is still being studied. Our public utilities must be upgraded, but without prejudice to our citizens. Meanwhile, this matter is at the stage of elaboration,” he said.
