В Республике продолжается выплата компенсаций гражданам, пострадавшим от военной агрессии Украины / The payment of compensation to citizens affected by the armed aggression of Ukraine continues in the Republic

Сегодня, 9 июля, начался 5 этап частичных выплат единовременной компенсации, которая осуществляется в соответствии с Указом Главы Донецкой Народной Республики от 06 декабря 2017 года № 347 «Об утверждении Порядка предоставления единовременной компенсации за вред жизни и здоровью граждан, причиненный в результате агрессии Вооруженных Сил и вооруженных формирований Украины». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Министерство труда и социальной политики ДНР.

Единовременные компенсации полагаются семьям погибших (умерших) из числа гражданского населения и из числа военнослужащих, а также лицам из числа гражданского населения и из числа военнослужащих, получившим ранения, контузии или увечья, в результате агрессии Вооруженных Сил и вооруженных формирований Украины.

Также начата выплата 1-го, 2-го, 3-го и 4-го этапов частичных выплат обратившимся в Комиссию по оказанию помощи пострадавшим при военных действиях в период с 01.06.2014 по 30.06.2019 гг.

Для получения выплаты необходимо обращаться в отделения Центрального Республиканского Банка ДНР и ГП «Почта Донбасса».

Today, on July 9th, the 5th stage of partial payments of one-time compensation has begun, which is carried out in accordance with Decree 347 of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic dated December 6, 2017 On approval of the procedure for providing one-time compensation for harm to the lives and health of citizens resulted in the aggression of the Armed Forces and armed formations of Ukraine. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the DPR.

One-time compensations are Allocated to the families of the dead (deceased) from among the civilian population and from among the military, as well as to those from the civilian population and from the military who were wounded, contused or injured as a result of the aggression of the Armed Forces and the armed formations of Ukraine.

The payment of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages of partial payments to those who applied to the Commission on Assistance to Victims of Hostilities in the period from 06/01/2014 to 06/30/2019 has also begun.
