Вооруженные формирования Украины цинично и безжалостно усиливают обстрелы населенных пунктов Республики.
Несмотря на отвод вооружений в районе Станицы Луганской и заявлений Зеленского о стабилизации обстановки на этом участке, на остальных участках практически по всей линии соприкосновения ведутся массовые обстрелы жилых домов и объектов гражданской инфраструктуры.
Причем на некоторых участках ситуация ухудшилась критически. В частности, село Красноармейское на юге Республики в результате непрекращающихся обстрелов оказалось на грани полного уничтожения. За последние несколько дней по этому населенному пункту украинские военные выпустили 71 артиллерийский снаряд калибра 152 мм. Повреждения получили 30 жилых домов, школа и трансформаторная подстанция.
Всего же со дня инаугурации Зеленского в Донецкой Народной Республике повреждено или полностью разрушено 278 домостроений и 64 объекта инфраструктуры, в том числе три детских сада, три школы и две больницы.
С момента прихода к власти украинского президента ранения различной степени тяжести в результате обстрелов со стороны вооруженных формирований Украины получили 22 мирных жителя, из них трое детей и девять женщин. А сегодня при очередном обстреле поселка Гольмовского на окраине Горловки осколочное ранение в сердце, несовместимое с жизнью, получила пожилая женщина. Таким образом, это первая смерть на счету и на совести нового украинского президента, который, как мы помним, пришел к власти под лозунгом о прекращении войны в Донбассе.
Эта статистика, увы, никак не вяжется с мирной риторикой верховного главнокомандующего Украины. Всё это – очевидные преступления против человечности, нарушающие не только Минские договоренности, но и все нормы международного права!
Призываем глав стран – гарантов Минских соглашений, на встречах с которыми Зеленский заверяет о своей приверженности к миру в Донбассе, принудить Украину прекратить обстрелы населенных пунктов ДНР и ЛНР.
Преступные действия вооруженных формирований Украины должны быть остановлены.

Armed formations of Ukraine cynically and ruthlessly step up attacks on populated localities of the Republic.
Despite the withdrawal of weapons from the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya and Zelensky’s statements on the stabilization of the situation in this area, in the remaining areas, virtually along the entire contact line, they launch massive attacks on dwelling houses and civil infrastructure.
Moreover, the situation has worsened critically in some areas. In particular, the village of Krasnoarmeyskoye in the south of the Republic is on the brink of being destroyed completely as a result of incessant shelling. Over the last few days, the Ukrainian military have fired 71 artillery shells of 152mm caliber on this populated locality. 30 houses, a school and an electrical substation are damaged.
In total, since the inauguration of Zelensky, 278 houses and 64 infrastructure facilities, including three kindergartens, three schools and two hospitals, have been damaged or completely destroyed in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Since the Ukrainian president came to power, 22 civilians, including three children and nine women, have suffered wounds of varying degrees of severity as a result of shelling by the armed formations of Ukraine. Today, after yet another shelling of the village of Golmovsky on the outskirts of Gorlovka, an elderly woman suffered a shell fragment wound in the heart, which was fatal. Thus, this is the first death on the record and on the conscience of the new Ukrainian president, who, as we remember, came to power under the slogan of ending the war in Donbass.
These statistics, alas, run counter to the peaceful rhetoric of the supreme commander-in-chief of Ukraine. All of these things are obvious crimes against humanity that violate not only the Minsk Agreements, but also all the rules of international law!
We call on the heads of the guarantor countries to the Minsk agreements, at the meetings with whom Zelensky assures his commitment to peace in Donbass, to make Ukraine stop the shelling of populated localities of the DPR and the LPR.
Criminal actions of the armed formations of Ukraine must be stopped.
