Трехсторонняя контактная группа при участии представителей отдельных районов Донецкой и Луганской областей, признавая позитивное влияние практики подтверждения приверженности режиму прекращения огня, отмечая важность обеспечения мира и спокойствия для населения, а также исходя из ранее достигнутых соглашений и обязательств сторон:
— подтверждает свою полную приверженность всеобъемлющему, устойчивому и бессрочному прекращению огня начиная с 21 июля 2019 года 00 часов 01 минутe по киевскому времени;
— подчеркивает при этом важность принятия и соблюдения соответствующих приказов о прекращении огня, о чем будут сделаны публичные заявления высшего командования сторон; эффективного применения дисциплинарных мер в случаях нарушений режима прекращения огня; отказа от наступательных действий и разведывательно-диверсионных операций; неприменения любого вида огня, включая снайперский; размещения тяжелого вооружения в населенных пунктах и в их близости, в первую очередь на объектах гражданской инфраструктуры, включая школы, детские сады, больницы и общественные помещения.
The Trilateral Contact Group with the participation of representatives of the certain territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, recognizing the positive impact of the practice of confirming adherence to the ceasefire regime, noting the importance of ensuring peace and tranquility for the population, and following on from previously reached agreements and commitments of the parties:
— confirms its full commitment to a comprehensive, sustainable and indefinite ceasefire starting July 21st, 2019, at 00:01 Kiev time;
— emphasizes at the same time the importance of taking and complying with corresponding ceasefire orders, in connection with which the high command of the parties will make public statements; effective disciplinary measures in cases of ceasefire violations; renunciation of offensive actions, reconnaissance and sabotage operations; non-use of any types of firing, including sniper fire; deployment of heavy weapons in populated localities and in their proximity, primarily near civil infrastructure facilities, which includes schools, kindergartens, hospitals and public spaces.
