19 июля в Тельмановском районе прошло открытие нового водовода «Самсоново — Тельманово», сообщает пресс-служба Министерства строительства и ЖКХ.

«Запуск нового участка позволит улучшить водоснабжение почти 10 тысячам жителей из населенных пунктов Тельманово, Самсоново, Калинино, Свободное, Луково, Запорожец. Реконструкция аварийного участка протяженностью 3,554 километра началась 18 марта текущего года. На время работ отключения жителей от централизованного водоснабжения не происходило. Новую линию прокладывали параллельно старому питьевому водоводу, который был проложен ещё в конце 1970-х годов прошлого века», — рассказал директор департамента развития строительной отрасли Минстроительства и ЖКХ Руслан Теряев.

По его словам, ухудшение технического состояния водовода было отмечено еще с начала 90-х годов. С 1993 года здесь периодически (иногда с промежутками до 10 лет) велись ремонтные работы. Но с каждым годом аварийные ситуации только возрастали. В 2013 году их было 19, в 2014 году – 28, в 2015 году – 41, в 2016 году – 58, в 2017 году – 65, в 2018 году – 83.

В работах были задействованы до 16 человек, 3 экскаватора и один кран. Строителями проводились земляные работы, укладка, сварка трубы, монтаж оборудования, переключение, испытание нового участка. 5 июля состоялся пробный запуск реконструированного участка водовода.

“The launch of the new facility will improve the water supply to almost 10 thousand residents from Telmanovo, Samsonovo, Kalinino, Svobodnoye, Lukovo, Zaporozhets. The reconstruction of the breakdown section with a length of 3,554 kilometers began on March 18th of the current year. While the work was being carried out, the residents had not been disconnected from the centralized water supply. The new line was laid parallel to the old drinking water supply lines, which were laid back in the late 70s of the last century,” director of the department for construction industry development of the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities Sector Ruslan Teriayev told.

According to him, the deterioration of the technical condition of the water duct had been noted since the beginning of the 90s. Since 1993, periodically (sometimes with intervals of up to 10 years) repairs were carried out. But every year emergency situations had only increased. In 2013, there were 19 of them, in 2014 – 28, in 2015 – 41, in 2016 – 58, in 2017 – 65, in 2018 – 83.

Up to 16 people, 3 excavators and one crane were involved in the works. The builders were carrying out excavations, laying, pipe welding, equipment mounting, switching, testing of the new facility. A test-launch of the reconstructed section of the water duct was carried out on July 5th.
